I have stayed here quite a few times, but the last time I stayed the comforter on the bed was very dirty it had burn holes in it just made the whole place look dirty

Perfect extended stay! Friendly staff! Have seen bad reviews that all pertain to NOT following the rules. Thats on you not the hotel! Loved it. Will use again if work brings me back to the area!

The place was very dirty. Hairs on the bedding. Mouse poop in the room. Sink and bathtub were dirty. Floors were dirty. Towels and sheets were wet. Shower floor felt like I was going to fall thru it. Garbage left on the ac unit. Bugs.

The service was ok. Room was dirty as expected. Never saw paper thin pillows before. Bed was way to soft. Guest above me was quite loud all night and decided to blast music at 1:30 am then had another one banging on the neighboring door at 2:30am. Could not get decent sleep which was all we were hoping for.

The staff were nice and room was fine condition. I did not sleep all night Room 108 is haunted. I suggest if given room 108 you pass. Dogs would not sleep either and we go to hotel all the time. Good for everything other than 108, I got really sick. My friend who did not sleep either in morning he said what the hell is in here. Only time that has ever happened in a hotel and we spend atleast 30 nights in a hotel per year.

It has been okay for the most part. There is one staff in particular that is rude to there customers and acts like we don’t know anything. He says you people. He doesn’t know the situation and should not judge anyone. If he was in our shoes he would have a better perspective on things. He is no better then anyone else. He works in the morning at the desk and sometimes at night. It doesn’t matter what you look like or how you dress or why you stay in a hotel. Everyone has a story has issues or has something going on. So in other words don’t judge a book by its cover. We as customers have feelings just as the staff does. For the rest of the staff they have been great

We did not expect frills from a motel, but we were hoping to have a clean and basic place to sleep. Floor was dirty and never vacuumed or mopped. Dead bugs were found all over the bedroom and bathroom floor. We did not use the shower because it was filthy. We slept in sleeping bags because the sheets were dirty and damp. Would never stay there again.
