Clean, and neat but poor amenities. Terrible coffee. No breakfast, except poor pre-packaged pastries. Noone at service desk upon checkout and no coffee at all checkout morning. In-room coffee poor.

Hallways on the 1st & 2nd floor smelled like an ashtray full of cigarette butts. The stairwell was filthy with litter and needed to be mopped. The side entrance door was propped open with a washcloth instead of being locked and secured. I removed the washcloth when I returned to my room about 10pm. The next morning when I left at 4am it was propped open again.

Large decent kitchenette rooms. No major problems. Breakfast a few packaged sweets. Juice machine didn’t work and front desk closed in the morning.

Outside dirty, cigarette butts and trash very visible; entryway and exits/landscaping, parking area.
Requested ground floor room well prior to checkin; handicapped, not granted.
Communication very difficult with check in; deficiencies in speaking english.
Room and inside property very clean.

A nice place to stay and I would again for sure. The side door had a magnetic key lock, but it must have been inoperable as it was propped open with a towel during our stay. A minor safety concern. The room was spacious and clean.

We stayed one night on our way to Florida. We found our room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.
