The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was kind, accommodating, and very helpful. The breakfast options were sufficient.

Mary, who runs the morning breakfast buffet, is an outstanding employee. Truly cares about her job and the guests. She is amazing!

We liked how easy it was to get to local places and tons of food options. Breakfast being included was nice. Overall, it seemed very short staffed (sign of the times?). Our room didn’t get cleaned after night 1 but towels didn’t even get refreshed. No bags in garbage cans. No towels by the pool. Upon asking for each of the things someone brought them but you had to call and find someone. The free breakfast was nice and the staff there restocked constantly.

The rooms were very clean, super comfortable bed, the breakfast was very good and had a lot of choices of hot and cold food, check in and out was very quick and the service from the hotel store was also very quick even late at night, in our first room the TV wasn't working properly and they switched us to a different room immediately and will definitely stay here again.

The general manager is extremely rude and thinks it's okay to threaten 12-year-old kids. She closed the pool for the night and tried to state that the kids ruined her pool so they could no longer swim.

I stayed so I could accompany my son at 3am to the coach usa. It was very convenient location and very close to the bus area. I will definitely be back and stay again. The breakfast was amazing for a week day. They had many choices and very clran place.

Clean and quiet. Breakfast was good. Nice staff (especially breakfast lady!) Would have appreciated someone stopping by the pool to tell some people to take their alcohol and food to their rooms. It was a bummer to not be able to use the hot tub the night we were there.

Comfortable bed and pillows, nice bedding, clean, easy to control room temp. Would stay again.

It felt very old and dated. Bed was not comfortable, sheets were scratchy, not enough outlets, for a few dollars more a night the garden hotel next to it is a huge improvements. I would not stay here again. Ok if you have no other choices but if you do try somewhere else.

Staff was friendly and efficient. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Pool seemed a bit cloudy and could have been a couple degrees warmer. Hot tub was warm with strong jets, liked it. Bath towels were small. Breakfast was a nice variety. Will stay again.

Good value for your money. Room is very clean. Decent breakfast, very nice dining area and lobby. Front desk people were extremely courteous, polite and helpful

This was our first stay at the Fairfield Inn in Rockford, but it will not be our last. Very clean, The woman who checked us in was so friendly. It was a wonderful stay and we will be back.
