Très déçue… avons dû payer 2 fois notre chambre avec une réservation faite par Trip sur des dates éronnées ( pour le lendemain 27/28) alors que l’hôtel n’a pas voulu déplacer notre réservation ( comme elle avait été faite en ligne) et nous a fait payer pour la nuit du 26/27, date que nous souhaitions… donc trip mal vu par l’hôtel et impossibilité de se faire rembourser… service pas correct.. on s droit à l’erreur !

Hotel management was aware that there is an annual outdoor theatrical performance directly adjacent to the hotel that runs from 22:00-00:30 for a number of days. It was so incredibly loud. Hotel management should have notified guests ahead of time and at least provided earplugs. I had a long day of travel and an early morning appointment. When I called that hotel staff that night and spoke with them the following morning at checkout they made me feel like the problem. That’s not hospitality! They could have offered a change of room, a free breakfast, a late checkout, a partial refund, but no, I was told to call the police and that no one else complained. The quality of staff matters in hospitality. Someone should take a star away from this hotel.

Very old room design. Waitress are very rude. The shower is so small 70x70 cm that it was not possible to wash myself properly. Walls are very thin and you can here water system from 5h30 in the morning. So no chances to have a long night

Super accueil, la réceptionniste a été adorable malgré mon arrivée tardive , cela fait plaisir en arrivant. Cet hotel est tres bien situé dans le centre ville de Rodez, les chambres sont bien et l acces de nuit facile également

Un acceuil vraiment pas top suivant les personnes...
Je préfère eviter les conflits donc je n ai rien dis..
Le ton employé par l une des personnes d acceuil est arrogant... Pour qui vous prenez vous ?
Très peu arrangeants et n ont pas tenus compte de mes demandes la dernière fois où nous sommes venus. L hotel lui est idéalement placé, heureusement...
Il est certain que he n y reviendrai pas..

sur Booking on avait réservé une chambre avec vue sur la ville. A notre arrivée on obtient une chambre avec vue sur la cour, impossible de changer pour une autre chambre: en plus la chambre était tres bruyant a cause des ventilateurs dans la cour, difficile de dormir.

Super accueil, hôtel très bien placé et confortable. Qualité des produits au petit-déjeuner, avec des produits locaux super bons. La réceptionnniste propose de l'aide dans les démarches. Je reviendrai certainement.
