The room is quite spacious, probably because it is far from the airport, so the room is quite large, much better than the Little Paris, with a refrigerator and induction cooker for simple meals. It is a B&B type hotel, room service is only once every 3-4 days It is a hotel for Korean and Air China crews, and you can often meet the crew The overall stay experience is good, it can be recommended.

Beautiful room, large windows, kitchenette with microwave, complimentary tea, coffee, water in the room. Great host at front desk! Safe and quiet. Would come back again

The team is extremely interested in helping the visitor. Despite arriving early, the crew enabled us a space to keep our luggage safe. Super convenient if your objective is to reach the airport early morning. Hands up to Ugo that even tried to help in his best English - Spanish.

There is no shuttle bus service that round way to CDG airport. But everything was great experience. Very very kind reception, quite place, well-cleaned.

Staff and cleaning were terrible. Every person at the front desk tell you diferents things, they charged me extra money and i was trying to communicate with the manager to complain but they told me was not posible. The staff were rude. First day of registration the person was on the phone for 20 minutes and made me wait without saying anything he was talking and talking on the phone.

The hotel was very comfortable and the rooms were nice although they were only cleaned every 3 days and at one stage I ran out of loo roll. Many of the facilities in hotel are akward such as the lifts and doors which have a glitchy card system that is not user friendly and on occasion does not work. The hotel regularily close the gate which is akward for taxis. Food in the restuarant was okay but too expensive and the tuck shop was a rip off charging €3.50 for a snickers bar. Complete price gouging. Otherwise the place was comfortable and the staff were pleasant. I'd rate the hotel a 3.5 star.

Hello. Its the 9 of june 2023 and its hot in the room. Called reception and they said that they couldn't do anything about it. No fan available. This is the beginning of summer ☀️ 😮‍💨. Pls test your room prior to settling.

I was trying to sleep because of the jet lag when when they started making repairs in the room above mine. I call reception and they said: we can do nothing. What about taking care of your guests? Worst hotel ever

Don’t stay in this stupid hotel we stayed in this this hotel and the staff is really rude as well as stupid. Firstly to start with the rooms were not clean. Secondly one of the staff members started screaming at one of the guest. The hotel staff is rude and I would not tell any one to live here. Thanks

I fly often to Paris due to airline operations. Its good to be very welcome by this amazing staff in the Residhome Roissy hotel. Feels like family when i am away from home. My special thanks to Lisa for her professionalism, kindness and care in the restaurant and bar, and to Huguette for her sympathy and warm welcome in the reception to all my airline crew. Wonderful, super service, a delicate, clean and tasteful environment from the reception to the room corridors. Comfortable room with soft beds and good linens. The kitchen kit is well-adjusted to everything you need for accessories. Water available every day in a mineral bottle for the number of occupants. Large, noise-reducing windows, curtains that match the decor. Bathroom well sanitized and suited to the guest's needs. And if you need an extra pillow, just ask for emergency service. The hotel is very close to Aeroville, a very large shopping mall. And also to the airport, it makes it a lot easier especially for those who rent a car like we did. We loved it! Without a doubt, another opportunity, even if it is further from the center of Paris, is still quiet and has secure parking. In fact, the Hotel has maximum access security...
