It’sq a good to be chosen for this suites as it is very clean and quality services provided. All the facilities were well-established, and the breakfast was excellent! Will be back if we are travel to Rome!

Located in a poor neighbourhood. Looks like lots of crime happening in the area as I witness people fighting near the hotel and police going around to check on local people. The environment is dirty and a lot of drunkens hanging around. The access to the room is difficult, need to go through security at the ground floor and they are off after 4pm. Try to call hotel through the door bell but no pick up. Very poor service. Even after getting into the apartment, is hard to locate the unit as there are no clear directions. We happens to have 3 big luggages and the lift cannot fit 2 people and our luggages. It is really very tiny and old lift which needs to manually close the lift door to operate. As there is no dinning space in the place, breakfast is being served to the room with very limited choice.

The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and we loved the spacious waterfall shower! The staff was so helpful and accommodating and the breakfast was delicious! We also appreciated its location which was close to the train station and the neighborhood was very charming.

We've stayed here for 5 nights. It was a really nice accomodation. Clean, newly renovated room with spacious bathroom. The staff was very kind and helpful. We loved the breakfast, especially the croissants. We've had to use public transport to get to the city center, but it wasn't a problem for us.

This apartment is very nice and easy to reach, not only from the Fiumicino airport, thanks to Trastevere train station, which is only about 5 minutes away but also by tram or a bus from the city centre. We had a spacious room for 4, which looked like new, including the bathroom. There’s a narrow balcony where we had breakfast. Tea and coffee is available in the room but you can order it with food as well. We had croissants, muffins, sandwiches and orange juice. Yoghurt, cheese or müsli are also available. There are good restaurants and a wonderful cafe- gelateria Guiffrè nearby.

I booked the Paper Suites based on the TripAdvisor reviews and the location. My son is studying in Rome and his apartment is a 5-minute walk. I was quite pleased with the room and the service from the staff. I asked for an early check-in when I booked the room and got an email response almost immediately. Although the room was not ready when we arrived before noon, we were able to drop our luggage and change clothes. Helena gave us a map of Rome and suggestions for a quick meal before our first tour. We did not get the breakfast offered but Gisele was happy to make us coffee and tea in the morning. We enjoyed our drinks out on the balcony. The Paper Suites location was perfect for our needs and we were delighted with the service. You cannot beat the value. I would not hesitate to book here again.

The room is big and clean. And the service is also amazing. They give us breakfast according to our time. And they are delicious. I like the fresh We love this trip in Rome.I love Italy and the fresh croissant and Cappuccino. And they allowed us to leave our luggage for the last day.

This property was the exact opposite of what one usually finds in a moderately priced room in Italy. It was large, spotless, bright, plenty of storage, big modern bathroom, plenty of outlets, even a blow dryer that would actually dry your hair. Add incredible service, friendly, staff, and Marco and Helena just a text away with suggestions and help with translations, reservations, etc. There are multiple public transportation options all within a five minute walk including one bus stop right out the front door. We bought a seven day public transportation pass and were able to get everywhere in Rome. Trastevere train station is down the hill five minute walk which took us directly to Termini for our side trips to Florence and Orvieto. I would not hesitate to stay here again or one of the other properties they manage.
