Several times I have stayed at the hotel, pleasant treatment, correct facilities and nearby you have metro and bus. The only thing that would improve would be the breakfast, it is somewhat scarce and the last two times the pastries are somewhat dry.

I had a horrible experience in this hotel, the front desk attended Sylvia from Argentina pretended she did not speak any Spanish, and I think she thinks she’s like Italian royalty, she was extremely rude. The service from her was unacceptable and unprofessional, the hotel is far away from everything in a very dirty and unsafe area of Rome, PLEASE do not stay here. I do not recommend it at all!

This is truly a gem of a hotel find in the center of Rome, close to everything via the metro, and in impeccably run by my friend Sylvia: she is amazing and provided the best service ever! I highly recommend this hotel, Ricardo.

There is a metro line approx 5 mins away to the right, with regular connections via the underground to tourist attractions. This underground journey takes approx 20 mins. We brought a Metro day rider, valid for 24hrs on the underground @£8 for the day. Breakfast was very basic, but ok, coffee/tea/juice, plus toast, cakes, yoghurt, and fruit. Room 102 was basic, with no kettle, but there was a fridge. Shower was tired, but good pressure, plus the toiletries in sachets, limited Italian TV channels, but good WiFi. Be prepared ther is a £4 per person, per night, tax to be paid upon exit.

Stayed for 2 nights in this hotel as it was close to familys house. However great location for the metro, taxi and bus. Room very clean and has everything I needed. Breakfast was basic but did the job. Overall a great place to stay with good value for money.

A very good basic hotel, there are pros and cons. Pros: staff is very friendly, it’s really clean, airco is perfect, WiFi is perfect, beds are great and a good amount of towels, much more than in many hotels. Also they make great coffee during the breakfast if you ask them on the bar!
There are also cons of course: the hotel is quite dated, you can hear well what people say in the corridor and toiletries are limited, you may want to take your own shampoo/douch gel with you to avoid inconvenience.
In general, metro station is nearby and I in fact really enjoyed my stay, slept well and felt safe there. Might come back if I come back to Rome!

Our room was functional but fully equipped (fridge, safe, TV). The staff at the reception were very friendly and spoke very good English.
The breakfast is typically cake and sweet breakfast, with coffee or tea brought to the table.
The connection to the metro and several bus lines was uncomplicated, so the city center is easy to reach.
