In theory the location is great. Close to the train station. The BNB is a little difficult to find but not a problem. The problem is that the description says it is situated in a multi ethnic cultural neighborhood, however when we arrived at 11:30 A.M in the morning we found homeless people cooking outside and groups of young men drinking and shouting. We did not feel so safe. We checked in and got taken to our room . The room was basic enough but was clean and was not a problem as such. We looked out our window to see a washline coming only from our window to a wall opposite with someone's pants hanging from it. We called *********** and expressed our concern and asked could we get a different BnB or hotel as we did not feel safe in the area. The owner contacted us and basically started to give out to us saying she would not refund anything as the location was not her fault. She then proceeded to tell us it was our own opinion about safety and that it was our fault for not feeling comfortable around foreign nationals. I felt she was playing the race card. I have travelled to over 25 countries and stayed in budget BnBs and hotels in Africa, Asia , North America, Europe ect and I never felt unsafe there. We went for lunch and over lunch we decided to just take the hit and pay for another hotel rather than stay there. We therefore paid for two hotels and stayed in one. I would not recommend this BnB to anyone based on the area and the interaction with the owner left a bitter taste in my mouth. Rome however is absolutely a fantastic city. Go and visit and explore but just don't stay here.

Close to main train station. Lots of places to eat nearby. Beautiful park just at the end of street. Host very professional. Subway stop within 5 minutes. Good breakfast. Would go back.

Great location close to Termini station and walking distance to main attractions. Clean and spacious room. The neighbourhood isn’t the best but we felt perfectly safe and there are some great restaurants a few minutes walk. The kitchen was quite noisy in the mornings.

So I was supposed to visit Rome on May. Since my son got very sick we weren’t able to go to our trip. Week before the trip I contacted Federica’s home. Our booking was ”no-refund” type in case of cancelletion. Since this was case of emergency I asked, if they would find in their hearts to refund us the trip. They wouldn’t even response. Few days after I contacted them again. No response. These two contacts were via *********** After this I sent an email. I never got even a response. It’s not even the money. But how you treat people. They never didn’t even bother to answer to me. 😞 so sad. So don’t have experience in staying with them, but be sure to book te refundable version or have an insurance, since it certain, that this place doesn’t care about you or your child. Just about the money you paid.

It is perfect accomodation for Rome sightseeing. Very strategic position, close to metro, nice neighborhood: park, supermarkets, restaurants.Room is very nice, clean, quiet, beds are confortable, everthing is well-functioning (eg. Air-condition, wi-fi, etc.)Breakfast is also really good. Hospitability is excellent. It is a great value for money. I would definitely recommend.

Amazing experience great trip. Quality assurance. High quality service. Excellent hospitality. Bed and breakfast also great. Hotels location also amazing. Right at the centre of Rome. Employee and staff's are well professional with their work.
