Everything was very good, the location is perfect. The manager Alessandro is very good, helpful and friendly, he helped us to call taxi when we couldn’t and he offer us transfer to airport. Thank you for your hospitality.

Alessandro was welcoming and informative. He was accommodating with our arrival and departure schedules. Our room was clean, comfy and perfectly located! Great for our family of 3. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted although chose to Uber to the coliseum to save our feet.

I've stayed in Rome many times, and have never had as nice an experience with a hotel as this. The manager, Alessandro, was so communicative and helpful, even arranging our airport transfers! It's in a very central location that makes it convenient to get to many highlights near the city center on foot. The room we stayed in was very clean, spacious, and well decorated. The bed was comfortable and there was plentiful hot water for showers. I'll be back!

Lovely Appartment situated in an ideal location just a very short walk away from the Piazza Navoni and within easy walking distance of most of Romes top attractions. The Appartment itself was spotless and was meticulously cleaned every day. Allessandro was an excellent host and couldn’t do enough to help. He gave great advice and recommendations on restaurants nearby.

A lovely hotel within walking distance of all the sights we wanted to visit - the Vatican, Colosseum, Villa Medici and so on - plus plenty of restaurants nearby, both reasonable tourist places and more authentic eateries. We had a mezzanine room, with a seating area and bathroom below a bed that was large and comfortable, with a variety of blankets as needed. Our room looked out onto the street but there was little traffic and passers-by didn't disturb us, especially when the aircon was on. The manager, Alessandro, was friendly and efficient, advising on when and how to get to the sights, organising cabs, etc. We really enjoyed our week in Rome and the hotel was a big factor in that. We would gladly return.

Fabulous location in Rome walking distance from all main attractions. The apartment was clean and comfortable with a spacious bathroom. Our host was lovely who always greeted us and offered advice. A family of 5 easily accommodated. Highly recommend and would return when in Rome next.

The Hosts were the best very helpful and caring. The location was excellent central to landmarks walking distance to everything. It was very clean and very secure. My daughter and I loved our stay here and would highly recommend it .

Finding the actual check-in was more complicated than I expected. You first have to buzz in through a grand door way then buzz through a gate then travel up three flights of stairs. No signs pointing to the main office and I actually traversed three other stairways to find it. The room was fun for the kids with a bed upstairs in an open loft area. The check in was easy and very friendly.
The shower had a good amount of mold around the corners and on the ceiling, which is the main reason I'm not giving more stars. The inside door to the bathroom was quite dirty as well.

We had a quick stay in Rome prior to our Greek Isles cruise in July 2023. We stayed at Assunta Domus for two days and it was a great choice. Alessandro arranged a taxi from the airport to the location as well as provide great suggestions on local restaurants and sites to visit nearby. The B&B was right in the middle of everything. Upon checking in be sure to have your confirmation # for the gentleman at the window within the corridor to allow you entry. I would absolutely stay again.
