This allows us to understand which aspects of our work are satisfactory and which need to be improved. First of all, we thank you for having particularly appreciated the unique position in which our Guesthouse is located: a position exactly in the center of ancient Rome, which allows you to reach on foot, simply by walking, unique places in the world, such as the Colosseum, the Imperial Forums, Piazza Venezia, the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, giving you the feeling of being at home, but in the midst of beauties from thousands of years ago. Regarding some aspects of your review, we had some difficulty understanding them. In particular, we find it difficult to understand your cry of alarm for those who intend to book at Five Rooms Rome: on online booking sites the address of our facility is very well highlighted; on our website it is equally clear which Five Rooms Rome Guesthouse is and where it is located, as well as which Veneto Prestige Apartment is and where it is located, and also Rome La Sapienza Apartment, and where it is located. As anyone who wishes to do so can easily check, on our site each structure is described very precisely (it is impossible to confuse a Guesthouse with an apartment) and each location is very well highlighted. We understand that in the rush to make a reservation at the same time as you are taking a multi-hour flight you can also get confused, but - we repeat - it is really very difficult. We can assure you that contrary to what you say, in the 10 years of operation of our facility, this is the first time ever that a guest claims to have been confused about the location and type of facility booked. We must then correct an inaccurate statement too: when a reservation is made, we send all our guests a confirmation email in which we provide the exact address of the booked structure (Guesthouse or Apartment) and provide a series of extremely detailed indications on the route to be taken by bus, taxi or even on foot, if someone prefer. In your case, you booked Rome La Sapienza Apartment and not Five Rooms Rome Guesthouse, two very different structures in terms of type, as well as name: we must then point out that Rome La Sapienza Apartment is not located 20 minutes outside of Rome, but is located in the San Lorenzo district, the university area of ​​Rome, 20 minutes from Five Rooms Rome Guesthouse (which is located in the exact center of ancient Rome), but always in the heart of the city, to the point that it can be reached in just a little more 10 minutes - on foot - from Rome Termini Station. When you arrived with your family at the reception of Five Rooms Rome Guesthouse, we tried to help you and having a room available in the Guesthouse we wanted to avoid you having to move to the Rome La Sapienza Apartment, even if this would have meant for us leaving the apartment empty without being able to rent
