AWESOME!!!! I booked a room a month before the day of arrival in Rome via booking, I found myself 12 hours before my arrival, the CANCELLATION of the room via email saying that the payment card had been refused/rejected so I tried to call more the structure times to understand what had happened but without an answer. So I thought of contacting booking who contacted the structure and the explanation was that the transaction was refused because the card was not valid (I would like to point out that the payment had to be made in the structure but I was explained that a few days before the structure would have had to verify on the card the actual validity of the total amount of the room but that the charge would have been temporary and the amount returned). SO I FOUND MYSELF WITHOUT ACCOMMODATION ONE DAY BEFORE MY ARRIVAL WITHOUT EVEN A CALL!! Then I had to book a hotel with prepayment by card...... AND MAGICALLY MY CARD WORKS. WILL IT BE A CASE?? OR WAS THE ROOM NOT AVAILABLE FROM THE BEGINNING????

Room and bathroom full of mold, hygiene which should be a fundamental point, especially in this period, not achieved. Missing door in the shower cubicle, broken shower holder, shampoo and shower gel from any discount store, very little hand soap and diluted with a lot of water. Check-in was painful, it seemed like the guy was doing us a favor. Door key locked, calling the owner or manager, he put the excuse that he was a person like me and therefore not received. Never ever again, very not recommended!!

As a first visit to Rome I will remember it!!! You arrive at the location and no one!!! You go upstairs and no one!!!! You wait an hour and still no one!!!! You look for another hotel that you pay for and they refuse a refund for a room that was not occupied!!! €480!!!!! A real scam!!! I'm still waiting for the refund!!!!

Booking two nights at this inn meant two days of hassle for us... The ad doesn't specify some issues that we only discovered when we got there: the pool doesn't open on Mondays and the bar doesn't open on Tuesdays. We organized ourselves to enjoy the pool on Monday and we had to go after the waterfall at 3pm, when they close at 4pm, as the adverti*****t made it clear that the inn offers a pool and nowhere is it specified which day it is not open... The bar Not opening on Tuesday was another annoying factor, we started to enjoy the pool which was supposed to open at 9am but only opened at 10am, without having anywhere to buy anything to eat (the advert also doesn't specify the day the bar doesn't open). At the breakfast buffet, sanitary measures are not followed, there are no gloves and everyone uses tongs... The inn has a good structure, comfortable rooms and very friendly staff, but the disorganization and lack of clarity in the information at the time of booking , caused us two very upset days. I won't go back, nor recommend it, in fact I felt injured!
