BEWARE THE WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE The heating was not working in our room and when I contacted them I was ignored. It got so cold that we had to sleep with outdoor jackets on, hotel didn't provide an electric heater or blankets. We left the following day due to health and safety concerns and being ignore once again when we asked if the ehating has been fixed. Now they are refusing to give the money back. This is a total scam, save your money and stay somewhere else.

GREAT location right in the heart of Trastevere. Bed was comfortable, room was very big, felt relatively clean. A/C was not very good. Room did not get very cool, slept with either just a sheet or on top of the sheets. A/C might as well have not been there, hardly made a difference (lowest the temp got was 24*C/75*F). Shower was also not the nicest, didnt feel the cleanest. Easy in/out access to building and our room, but check in was not clear/a little difficult. I think we needed to have had WhatsApp to communicate our arrival and getting into the building. We just got lucky and sat outside the building for about 20 minutes until we caught a staff member leaving and let us in/checked us into our room. If WhatsApp was needed for check in it needs to be made clear with reservation details. Overall not a bad stay. Comfortable bed, great location, easy in/out access, daily house keeping for clean towels/bed made. Just wish shower was nicer/cleaner and A/C actually worked.

The property is located in the heart of Travestere area which makes it convenient for enjoying true Roman cuisine. The room was clean and I appreciated the view down the streets of a very active part of Rome.

We hade made a reservation more than 2 months in advance. The reservation was confirmed a few times to my e-mail. When we arrived with our luggage at BDB luxury rooms all the doors were locked. We called the number on the door and a man told us that they did not have a room for us. Nobody came to meet us. The man on the phone said that we would get an upgrade (by ***********) instantly and that somebody would call us. This never happened. We waited outside with our luggage a few hours until I myself managed to book the only available accomodation in the neighborhood.

Abbiamo alloggiato qui per un weekend e siamo stati molto bene, posto pulito e accogliente, personale cordiale e ottima posizione. Camera con tutti i comfort, vasca idromassaggio in camera molto comoda per rilassarsi in tranquillità. Torneremo sicuramente

VERGOGNOSO COMPORTAMENTO dei gestori di questa struttura! Prenotata una camera venti giorni prima e regolarmente pagata, con varie email di conferma, all'arrivo il 4 gennaio 2023 ci viene comunicato che la prenotazione non risulta e che non hanno posto. Tutto questo dopo aver tentato più volte di chiamare il numero del cartello all'esterno del BDB e ricevendo finalmente una risposta evasiva e maleducata. Nessuna parola di scusa, nessuna spiegazione, maleducati e scorretti come mai visto prima. Molto probabilmente dato il forte afflusso dei giorni di festa e in coincidenza con le esequie di Benedetto XVI avranno pensato bene di rivendere la nostra stanza ad un prezzo maggiore e freg****ne della nostra prenotazione Scandaloso comportamento , meritano di chiudere

BB nel cuore della movida romana, a due passi da Ponte Sisto , Poche centinaia di metri da Campo de Fiori e nel cuore di Trastevere.. posizione davvero fantastica ! Camere molto curate e pulite, nota negativa è che le stanze affacciano su strada e la notte c è ****** fino a tarda notte e si sente un gran ******! Colazione non presente ma c'è una macchinetta x farsi un caffè..titolari mai visti ma buona comunicazione tramite mail e telefono. Buono x passare un weekend , personalmente non farei più notti Nel complesso 7,5

Aucun contact ni à l’arrivée ni au départ. Chambre confortable mais les draps étaient plutôt gris que blancs. Salle de bain fenêtre impossible à fermer et la baignoire spa est à revoir ! Ça sentait les égouts et moisissure. Douche un petit filet d’eau. Pas du tout luxury room. Très cher. Quartier sympa certes bruyant mais agréable. À ce prix on s’attend à autre Chose tout de même. Ascenseur toujours en panne (apparemment signalé par d’autres vacanciers avant nous). Dommage la chambre est joliment meublée.
