Residenza Vatican Suite

This place is super clean the service and breakfast was great. We walk everywhere except for the coliseum. There so much restaurants, shopping and its only three blocks away to the Metro. We had to take a covid test before returning home and the pharmacy is across the street, we paid 22 euros.

We stayed a week here and Matteo and his team were friendly and warm. Nothing was too much trouble for them and we had a super comfortable stay here. The rooms were perfectly clean and the bathroom/Shower was spotless and pretty new. The beds were very comfortable and although street facing, the noise was well contained. The French windows open and you can get plenty of fresh air when needed. The air conditioning was excellent and the room made for a perfect spot to relax after walking the length and breath of Rome. Location wise we found it very central and it was a short walk to the Vatican and a 20 minute walk to the Spanish steps and from there the Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Piazza Navorna is all nearby. Breakfast was simple but enough to get your day started and the only suggestion I have would be a choice of eggs as we ate an omelette daily, however not everyone here stays a week I would imagine. Plenty of Restaurants and shops nearby so you will never go hungry in this area. All in all a wonderful stay in a magical city and a lovely cute little hotel! Thank you Matteo!

Just got back from a lovely few days in Rome where we stayed at this lovely residence. Matteo and the rest of the staff were so friendly and helpful from start to finish. The breakfast each morning were freshly prepared and brought out to you as soon as you sit down with plenty of selection of hot and cold foods. The location was great for us as it was close by to Lepanto metro or we walked to some of the main sights most of them being 20 minutes or so walk.

This hotel is a little gem. There are just six rooms, kept very clean and with modern bathrooms. Our room faced onto a square, instead of the street so was quiet. Vatican Museum and St Peter’s Square are a ten minute walk away, as is the very convenient Metro. This part of monumental Rome is compact and you could walk to Spanish Steps or Trevi Fountain or even the Coliseum if you so choose, or take the Metro to get about quickly. The Metro is super easy to use. Breakfast is served but not dinner and there is no bar, but there are any numbers of pizzerias and trattorias nearby. There is also a convenient mini supermarket where you can get all your snacking needs. Matteo is a very genial and helpful host who made a couple of phone calls for us as we have little spoken Italian. The main airport is easily accessible via the Metro to Termini mainline station.

We took a four night mini break in Rome staying here. The room was clean and spacious, and the hotel service was excellent. They helped us book taxis from the airport and were very flexible and proactive when our flights ran late. The staff spoke very good English. It's very convenient for the Vatican and only thirty minutes walk to Travestere or most of the main attractions. Breakfast was available from 8-930.

Great hotel close to a subway and bus station. Also close at walking distance from the Vatican. It is therefore a perfect base for a city trip. Very friendly owner (Matteo) and great service. The room was very clean and nice and also sanitary was perfectly clean. We hope to come back again.
