I found both staff members helpful and professional able to help me with any problems that arose. And on a personal note I found them funny and very nice people and enjoyed the time we spent together and think of them as friends thank you very much I wish them both the very best

Stayed in this hotel for approximately 3 days. The location is super nice, pretty close to all the popular spots…(we visited all by just walking). The stuff was super nice and gave a lot of excellent recommendations such as where to eat, what worth the visit.”, etc. However, the hotel by itself requires a lot of work the condition of our room was pretty bad, blow dryer didn’t work, bathroom had weird smell, everything looked pretty dirty and needed remodeling.

The room was not cleaned, there were lots of dust and long hair everywhere. There was no toilet seat and the staff didn’t do anything about it.
