We booked 3 nights here and stayed 1 before leaving and finding a new hotel. All of the room windows had metal shutters on them from the outside (like the ones on shop fronts), it like was being inside a cell. The room appeared to be clean enough but the bathroom was not. There were hairs (what appeared to be *****) on the shower walls and the toilet brush was visibly covered in faecal matter. Sadly my partner woke up with small but very itchy bites all over his body, particularly bad on his back and shoulders. The location is not great at all - albeit it does tell you on the site it is 9km from the city centre - we just didn’t realise how isolated it actually was. There was a lot of noise from outside the hotel and from other people in the hotel halls during the night. The staff were all really nice and friendly, couldn’t fault them!

My wife and I had booked this hotel in October, however the photos online were nothing like what the hotel actually looked like. The attached photo actually shows roller shutters on all balconies , which could not be open or removed, which was not advertised at all! We discussed asking for a new room however thought these must be in place for our safety. Trying to sleep at night there were groups of people making noise on the street all night, and when I woke up in the morning I was covered in red, swollen bite marks which looked to me as if they were bed bugs. These are still visible nearly 2 weeks after arriving at the Joe. Not as advertised on the web pages, would not recommend staying here at all!

A lovely hotel, kind and attentive staff, good value for money. Clean and efficient just what you need for a trip to Rome. A bus trip is about an hour to the centre so allow enough time. Great coffee, good breakfast and a nice pizzeria just down the road. Thank you 🙏

Siamo stati in questo hotel durante i giorni di Natale le camere sono piccole ma molto accoglienti abbiamo scelto la camera al primo piano con una finestra e il terrazzino. Abbiamo avuto solo un inconveniente con la rete del letto piccolo alcune doghe sono cadute, mentre noi eravamo fuori hanno sistemato la rete del letto dispone di un abbondante e buona colazione.

Posizione lontana dai mezzi e lontana dal centro, ma reception aperta 24h su 24. Hotel piuttosto carino tutto nuovo e con bell arredamento. In stanza mancavano i prodotti da bagno. Punto forte la colazione veramente superlativa. Buonissima e varia. Peccato che essendo lontano dal centro, è adatto a chi ha la macchina perché c'è il parcheggio privato. Prossima volta assicuratevi che per 3 persone ci sia shampoo e bagnoschiuma. Sarebbe carino che si trovasse una bottiglia d acqua in camera all arrivo. Per il prezzo che si paga direi che non sarebbe male se ci fosse qualche accortezza in più.

La camera assegnatomi nn aveva i requisiti igienico sanitari per essere destinata a l'uso. Ho chiesto il cambio mi èstato detto che l'hotel era esaurito. Cosa nn vera. Camera fatiscente a piano terra sul retro, senza finestre con piccolissimo lucernario e "finestra" su corridoio interno. Poco utile per il ricambio d'aria ma "favolosa" per acuire il disagio acustico e visivo. Da evitare

Sorvolo sulla stanza : tristissima con i vetri volutamente non trasparenti ( affaccio su una siepe finta per delimitare un piazzale ) , entrambe le luci sopra il letto non funzionanti . Merita invece un approfondimento il bagno : piatto doccia all interno incrostato di marrone scuro sopratutto negli angoli , soffione doccia datato ed ingestibile , rubinetto bidet incrostato di vernice rossa , vaschetta water esterna in alto con piastrelle rotte nel punto attacco del tubo, pulsante luce mancante del primo pulsante ( quando cerchi di accendere la luce ci infili il dito dentro ), luce specchio assente In linea con la stanza la colazione : Bicchieri e tazzine per il caffè di carta, solo cucchiai da minestra ( ho dovuto chiedere i cucchiaini ) , brioche del supermercato e succhi nei cartoni. In sintesi : non è ammissibile un bagno in quelle condizioni per una struttura che si fa chiamare albergo
