The hotel was easy to find, and was close to the Manzoni Metro stop. There was a lovely lady on reception who was friendly and helpful, and looked after our bags after we checked out, so we could enjoy the last few hours in Rome. The check in process was easy, and the room was spacious and clean, with a large bed, and spare pillows and bedding if needed. The bathroom was very clean, and the shower was a decent size and good water pressure. I bought my own toilet roll from the shop as I prefer rolls as opposed to single sheets from the dispenser, but that is just my preference. The room and bathroom were cleaned daily. The room key was a swipe card, which is also used for the lights. Overall, this is a fantastic, low-priced hotel, with a friendly and helpful host, and was clean and perfect for a short stay. I would definitely come back!

We are 6 adults who have booked 6 nights in the family house hotel. We received a cancellation of our reservation 3 days before leaving. Really not serious. We find ourselves without housing because of family house.
