Hotel Concorde

The hotel looks quite different from the pictures. It's on the 5th floor, and the elevator sometimes doesn't work, so you have to take the stairs. There was no toilet paper in my room, so I had to go out and ask for it. The shower didn't have hot water, and eventually, no water at all. When I mentioned this to the front desk staff, they mostly ignored me, as if it were normal to pay for a full room and only be able to use the bed, literally, not even a shower. The room smells like pipes, and there's a constant air-like noise throughout the night, even when the AC is off. On top of that, there's the noise from cars and the garbage truck that passes by 10 times a night. The only good thing about the hotel is the guy at the reception; he's very friendly and always smiling. Otherwise, it's a shameful place!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was very clean, and our room had incredible views. The train station was right in front, which allowed us to quickly reach monuments or simply walk to them. The breakfast is 100% recommended – very varied and includes a coffee maker. The staff's service was excellent. Both the room and the hotel were very clean. The only downside was the street, which was Roma Termini. However, it's usually full of tourists almost all day because there's a kind of market there.

The building's entrance is a mesh door shared with other hotels, and you have to press a separate button for your hotel to open it. The front desk for this hotel is on the 5th floor, but the elevator was out of order and only stopped at the 4th floor. I accidentally pressed the button for the 5th floor, and the elevator stopped working, which was quite alarming.

The location is very convenient, just around the corner from Roma Termini station.

Great location, within walking distance to all the attractions. The staff was polite and let us check in early. For the price, I think it's very good. The hotel and room were clean. I'd recommend it for a couple of nights; we stayed one night, and it was perfect for resting after a long journey and getting some sleep.

The location and price are what you'd expect for this type of building. We stayed for 3 days and pretty much only came back to the hotel to sleep.
