Great stay in Rome. Very close to the colosseum and the Monti neighbourhood. Almost all the important sightings in Rome are in walking distance. The room was nice and clean. Perfect stay for your trip to Rome

We had a great stay at Rhome86. It has a great central location close to the metro and many bus stops. Our host Antonio was very kind, helpful and easy to communicate with all throughout the day. The room was clean and comfortable. We would return in the future.

The best place to stay!! Everything was perfect! Host is so nice, close to Termini station, close to colosseo, delicious croissants(many flavors you can choose!) and very clean room!! Host was very nice he recommended many other places to visit and it was very useful to make plans! If I would come back Roma again, I will stay again

1st of all big thank you to our host at Rhome86 Antonio for a lovely hassle free stay and sharing his knowledge & suggestions of places to visit and the best way to get to them. Situated within a 10 min walk from the main train station and very close to the Metro. We managed to walk to the Collosium in 10 mins from the Guest house. This Guest house consists of 3 separate private rooms with private shower etc. Very comfortable for our 4 night stay in Rome. Nice touch with the choice of fresh croissant every morning and we also enjoyed the coffee. Tip. Try the cafes, bars & restaurants around this area there are some lovely hidden gems and very reasonably priced due to not being The Tourist trap areas ( Aperol Spritz €3.50 compared to €10 in touristy areas)

Well organized, clean, room space is adequate and special attention to Antonio the owner, who makes all the difference.

We booked this B&B for a two-night stay because it’s close to the train station. Our double room (the green one) was a little tight for two people and two carry-on suitcases but it was manageable for a short stay. However, it’s not really a place you want to hang out in (unless you’re a solo traveler) because it’s small. In addition, there are signs everywhere telling you what you can’t do so it doesn’t feel welcoming—we were terrified of doing something wrong and being charged for it. The only shared space is a room/hallway of sorts that is lined with small tables and chairs for breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, it’s a cornetto (Italian croissant) and coffee (and possibly juice?). You place your order for the type of cornetto you want the day before and all the cornetti are laid out in one big box the next day. For whatever reason, the owner/manager accused us via WhatsApp of taking cornetti we didn’t order not once but two days in a row. It turned out that someone else had taken the wrong cornetti (not hard to do, honestly; this mistake could be prevented by separating the cornetti accordingly or only offer one type of cornetto) but the lengthy exchanges really ruined our short stay. In any case, we will not be staying here again. Though it was affordable, the anxiety and stress we experienced was not worth the savings.

We booked this hotel via ********** We booked this hotel mostly for it’s convenient location and that breakfast was included. Our host asked us what type of croissant we wanted each day and then following that you had a kitchenette to make your own toast/cereal/tea/coffee. Kitchenette shared with other guests but everyone very respectful of each other. On the first morning he gave us a map and showed us all the must see areas, the metro, food places and even walking times. He made up our room every day which was lovely as we wasn’t expecting this as it was a B&B. Rooms are basic but we only used it to sleep so it was perfect for us. Shower pressure was decent. Very close to a metro which was handy. Really great host and would recommend this to someone who wanted to be close and convenient with accessibility to the rest of Rome.

Great place to stay in. Location is great & close to the Metro. Antonio is a great host & gave us great suggestions. I really enjoyed my stay at Rhome 86. I definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a location close to the Metro.
