The reception and hospitality staff were absolutely brilliant! So kind and generous, and everyone was very welcoming and the Reception and management team spoke such good English. The rooms were very clean and I had heavy luggage so was kindly given a room on the ground floor which was great, they even let me stay and use the hotel lobby to work from after check out.

The property is located within walking distance of the Rebibbia metro station, which is a plus.
Upon entering, we were greeted discreetly.
The structure is equipped with balconies, armchairs and relaxation areas.
Unfortunately, upon entering the room, there was immediately a bad smell of sewage.
By asking at the reception we were given an air freshener, which buffered the situation but was not entirely decisive.
The breakfast was ok, complete with everything you need.
Last note...
On the day of check-out which took place before the opening of the breakfast buffet, due to the flight, we asked at reception for a coffee and a croissant since we could not take advantage of the buffet and unlike what was said by those who were there on the day previous to the reception, we were accommodated after quite a few arguments and grimaces.
This last episode has left us very perplexed.
Overall it was a good experience, ideal for staying a few steps from the metro and staying a few days.

Generally this is a nice little hotel, prefect location close to the metro that goes straight to the colosseum, also inly about 20 mins from ciampino airport. We actually found the location great. Some odd things, there is no kettle in the room, so no tea or coffe making facilities, we took our own coffee sachets and luckily we were able to get hot water from them bar. The rooms are pleasant but very basic, no wardrobe, draws etc and there is a small window within the door, so they do get really stuffy, no private balcony or much natural light in rooms. Staff are lovely, apart from the night receptionist our last night, he was just ignorant. You will be charged city tax of 6 euro pp per night on departure, we didnt know this so be prepared. Do not get a private taxi to/from hotel. We got charged 15 mins wait time by our taxi the day we left even though we got in it on time, apparently as standard they arrive 15 miutes early which our hotel didnt tell us so it was already 23 euros before we even left!.

Hi, No Elevator in this Hotel. They were kind to carry our luggages up and down if we ask hotel people.Hotel room fragrance smell were too strong. Breakfast was good except for coffee. Thanks.

my room option (Comfort Double Room)
positive:
hotel is near the station is 10min walk with your luggage
friendly staff.
cleanliness of the room
bathroom is clean enough,
it has a safe,
big enough for two people ONLY.
negatives:
area of the hotel is dirty and during late evening is unsafe.
room (Comfort Double Room) does not have window uses builtin window part of the door to say it's a window, the walls are paper thin you hear all the farts of other guests next to you like surround system, IF YOU NON SMOKER this will be your hell, as other guests can smoke right outside your window-door till late in the evening
there's not much around the area....
I WOULD suggest book hotel closer to Rome central if you are staying longer than 2 days.
