房東中國人，熱情親切服務到位，正值八月公共假期，四周吃喝玩樂都關門，房東還幫忙找停車位，相當靠譜。民宿位置很好，出門就是梵蒂岡城，周邊有很多中餐廳，還有各種小超市，絕對是出遊的最佳選擇。

Nice spot. Great at map. Very clean, high ceillings, two windows, wc, bidet, shower, two towels for each person. Close to bakery, caffeteria, pizza bistro, ristorante, supermarkato. Kind owner, easy to find, safety zone at Roma, guiet citypart, close to train to FCIaeroporto.

Comfortable, clean, well located, warm welcome! Mini bar with rolls, cookies and bottled water appreciated! Very good value for money. Only small problem; insulation, we heard our neighbors a lot. The hallway light was a bit of a pain as it came through a window into our room. Breakfast appreciated in a bakery/tea room near our room.

Very close to the Vatican, supermarkets and restaurants. The lady who runs it is very kind. End of the positives. Rooms with sufficient cleaning, dirty sheets (even the second can after a first complaint were not clean). Essential services.
