Rosarito Beach Hotel Reviews

I remember coming to this hotel years ago and didn't seem so bad then... But then SO many years later, this place just needs a huge renovation! It noisy, the walls are thin i could hear the neighbors talking and heels walking back n forth. My brother's room restroom got backed up and no fresh towels were placed. Oh, and the beds were so hard "firm" that i did not sleep well for 2 nights.

In my room they were bedbugs which is annoying we couldn’t sleep good cz we have to let the light on so the bed bugs don’t get out

What you have on the internet is pictures of the new rooms that are newer and you gave us a room at the old hotel which was old and nasty. Bathtub was clogged and we went to tell staff and nothing was done about it

On our fisrt night people were making a lot of noise(not respecting the quiet hours) Elevator was not fully functional

For the price the property is nice and beautiful, but the room is not great, old and out dated and not up to par with even a motel 6

I had an awesome experience with my girlfriend for our short trip to Rosarito. Staff was great and our suite was very nice and stylish with an amazing view of the ocean. It was too cold to get in the pool but the jacuzzi was nice. The restaurant downstairs was also great with amazing food. The staff was very nice and helpful with any questions. Even though we do not speak Spanish that didn’t matter because everyone spoke English so communication wasn’t an issue at all. We will be returning soon :)

We booked a one-bedroom suite. We were given suite 909 in the Pacific Tower. It was clean but all the furniture was banged up. The bathroom was in bad shape, the tub was very scuffed and there was signed of shotty repairs. I asked to be switched. The room next door was available but not any better. I came to find that that tower is one where all the rooms are owned and maintained by individual owners. Finally, 1202 was the winner. The owner cared about its maintenance and decorated it with homey details.

First time here and I loved it ! Would have loved it even more if breakfast was included. Overall great experience

The place is good to stay, clean, food in the restaurant very tasty. The karaoke was very nice and fun we enjoyed. We will be back

We were given a room on the 2nd floor, it was very noisy room. The floors were so thin, you could hear the stopping from the guest above us. We dint even sleep our first night because of this. When we called the front desk, the pretty much brushed it off saying it was normal. It’s a great location but room are so outdated, like from the 70’s, and beds are hard. Would not stay here ever again.

We stayed in the older building and it was ok. It was the off season so the price was economical. The staff was helpful and courteous.

Hot water went out second night. Phone in room did not work to call for room service. Keys lost their magnetic switch to unlock the door. Great view and friendly staff
