The place is good to stay, clean, food in the restaurant very tasty. The karaoke was very nice and fun we enjoyed. We will be back

We were given a room on the 2nd floor, it was very noisy room. The floors were so thin, you could hear the stopping from the guest above us. We dint even sleep our first night because of this. When we called the front desk, the pretty much brushed it off saying it was normal. It’s a great location but room are so outdated, like from the 70’s, and beds are hard. Would not stay here ever again.

We stayed in the older building and it was ok. It was the off season so the price was economical. The staff was helpful and courteous.

Phone in room did not work to call for room service.

We checked out and left a day early. The room was not comfortable at all. The sofa bed was not a sofa bed but a filthy dirty stained futon. It was extremely noisy. They seem to cater to those that prefer a ghetto environment. People were inconsiderate, loud, rude and dirty. We will never return to the area and would recommend finding a better area in Mexico to visit.
