Beautiful hotel in the heart of Rouen.I was a little worried before arriving because the room photos looked somewhat dated, especially since we chose a Classic Room for its larger size. However, the room exceeded my expectations. It was clean, spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The wooden panel on the wall and bed frame were actually quite new, unlike some older hotels in Europe where the furnishings can feel worn out.The lobby was modern and welcoming, and I absolutely loved the spa and sauna facilities. After a long day of exploring Rouen, relaxing in the sauna was such a treat.The restaurant was also excellent. We had dinner in the courtyard, and the atmosphere was simply perfect. The food, setting, and overall experience made for a wonderful evening. The receptionist and bellboy were both friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout our stay.Overall, this was one of the nicest 5-star hotel experiences I have had in Europe. Many luxury hotels in Europe can feel overpriced relative to the standard offered, but this hotel delivered excellent value and quality.One thing I would like to mention is that I noticed several negative reviews on TripAdvisor regarding the restaurant and bar service. We initially had a similar experience when we requested a table outside. A waiter told us there were no outdoor tables available without a reservation, despite there being several empty tables visible. We were asked to sit inside instead. When I questioned this and asked when the supposedly reserved tables were due to be occupied, the answer was not very clear.Rather than letting this affect our evening, I spoke with the receptionist, who was incredibly helpful. She immediately addressed the situation with the restaurant staff, and within minutes an outdoor table was arranged for us. From that point on, everything was excellent.Because the rest of our stay was so outstanding, I wanted to leave this review to reassure future guests. While service inconsistencies at the restaurant may occasionally occur, they should not discourage anyone from staying at this hotel. The hotel's overall quality, facilities, comfort, and customer care far outweigh this minor issue.We would happily return and stay for longer next time. Highly recommended.

Excellent location right in the old town, close to all spots. The building looks amazing and the room was clean. Breakfast was good although variety was limited, with possibility to have customed omelette cooked on demand. The pool was also refreshing.

I originally booked a city view king room but was given a room facing an inner courtyard. It wasn't even a proper room, more like a small annex. I went to the front desk to complain, and the staff showed me three rooms. One was exactly like the pictures of the room I booked, but it was in the basement. The second one was even worse. The third one had a view, but it had a 1.5-meter bed instead of a king, and it was also on a mezzanine level. I paid for a city view room and got a standard room! Is the hotel really that short on cash that they have to operate like this?

地理位置優越，老城區在幾步之內，火車站也在步行範圍內。酒店內飾傳統與現代相結合。大廳下層的游泳池是該酒店的一大亮點，水温適中，環境安靜。酒店隸屬萬豪集團，服務到位，酒店前台在客人辦理入住後，前台非行李服務人員陪同至房間的服務必須點贊，該服務國內五星酒店未體驗到。早餐西式，環境小而精緻，唯一遺憾的是沒有一點亞洲的種類。

Tout s’est très bien passé, le seul problème était le SPA qui était un peu froid au vu de la température extérieur! Si non tout les services de l’hôtel étaient parfait!

En dehors d’être un hôtel merveilleux, il est merveilleusement entretenu et tenu par des merveilleuses personnes, on s’est occupé de nous d’une façon exceptionnelle et je peux vous dire que ce sont des personnes qui sont vraiment formées à leur métier comme il y en a existe rarement en France, cet hôtel mérite cinq étoiles

Un accueil charmant que nous apprécions depuis des années. Le Spa est fantastique! Un petit effort d'organisation au niveau du room service mais ce problème ne date pas d'hier. Nous reviendrons bien entendu!

住在一樓的光線不是很亮，不過整體還不錯。經常有人在廁所抽煙觸發火警，很煩人
