Renaissance Paris Hippodrome de St. Cloud Hotel

The environment is beautiful, there is a large supermarket nearby, and the room is quiet and comfortable.

A very annoying thing happened to this hotel that our company booked for a business trip. We had already paid the full room fee (including all taxes) on Ctrip before arriving in France. When checking out, the front desk informed us that they had not received the payment from Ctrip. After communication, the hotel asked us to show the payment receipt and email it to them, which we did. However, after leaving Paris in the afternoon, we received a notification that our credit card was deducted. The hotel made a second deduction so rudely without any permission. After calling the hotel, we learned that the credit card between them and Ctrip was invalid, which resulted in the delay in receiving the payment from Ctrip. The payment problem between the hotel and Ctrip caused us consumers to be double charged, causing great losses! I am really speechless! Bad review!
