特殊時期的三年，酒店本來裝修就老，這三年一放，地毯和房間潮氣，臭氣疊加，洗澡水極小。
春節期間漲價，價格從三百多直接漲到千元。
有一個常温泳池，冷！三個極小温泉，完全就是智商税。
整個瑞麗感覺隨着春節有點復甦，如果這樣漲價敗人氣，那離徹底敗落不遠。

丁字路口，靠馬路邊的房間非常吵，路對面有宵夜攤，玻璃是單層玻璃，完全不隔音。走廊過道圖片帶小朋友的家庭要注意。找酒店換房，沒有房間。路上的汽車最短十秒一輛，最長三分鐘一輛，完全沒法睡覺。

感覺不錯的，衞生條件還可以，比較安靜，空調也不錯無噪音，酒店就在馬路邊，出行很方便，就是附近餐館少點。

酒店最大的特點就是有游泳池和温泉，價格實惠。不足的地方：沒有自己的餐廳。沒有早餐。靠馬路邊的房子早上汽車聲音比較吵。晚上太累睡著了，也不知道是否吵。我的這個房間一進去，有一小股黴味。可能是平時通風比較少。
