No great as there are things that need to be addressed urgently at that hotel such as the quality and taste of the food and the electrical and plumbing facilities.

We had a great time at your resort in Jamaica. We liked the Adults ONLY Luxury side where we stayed. Briana in guest services was absolutely wonderful. She made us have a great experience.

I had booked an ocean view King. Upon arrival, was told that the hotel did not have this room available. Never mind not being prepared- it was not available. And that I could move from the double bed room they placed me in, to the king bed room the following day. Thus, the check in process basically took two days and interfered with my time at the resort. I would not recommend this resort to anyone for that reason. I deserve to get the room I booked upon arrival and not have to spend 2/3 days of my short trip moving around my luggage. It was unacceptable.

The resort is massive, The adult side is nice, but the beaches are a little shallow and small, service was nice but a little pushy. We had a "customer experience" personal enter our room while we were inside. They would knock on the door every evening.
Food selection was good, Jamaican food was good but everything was just OK.

The people are amazing. We stayed on the Luxury side and the entertainment staff was fabulous, so much energy and fun. Food was good, lots of options to choose from. There was some issue with the AC in our building as well as elevator problems but that certainly didn't stop us from having a wonderful time. The rooms were large and lovely although a little wear and tear but nothing bad for sure. Loved everything about our stay.

Bahia luxury was amazing and staff was very friendly. Yvette our house keeper during our stay was also the best making sure that when we returned to our room is was fixed up nice and clean..

Love the many options for food. Love the shopping on the campus, never having to leave. There were some set backs like leaky pipes and sometimes no hot water but it was handled quickly. They currently renovating the rooms so set backs at this time is understandable. We will definitely return.

We stayed for here for 3d to celebrate my friend’s 40th year and got 2 rooms. Did not get any room Upgrades. Shower was broken. We called front desk to clean to foul smell in toilet. Even after repeatedly asking to provide water there was no response. The staff is just okay with hospitality. Good is below Average. Only Hand Shower is worked on one of the rooms and only the over head shower worked in the other room with
Very low water pressure. Quality of drink offered is below average.
Beds are top hard and springs popping out.
Extremely slow in all kinds of service.
Don’t waste your money in staying here.

Experience at the resort was great. We stayed on property for most of the trip aside from our couple of excursions. I would say that overall the experience was fantastic the resort staff was very attentive (sometimes a bit too attentive and pushy on some things) but overall a wonderful vacation. We will more than likely book here again in the future.

Property was very well maintained during our stay. The staff were friendly and great with guests. It was a little difficult to get reservations to the restaurants for our entire stay. We made some then told we had to wait until Saturday to make reservations for the remainder of our stay. We did, but had to check back 3 times to get a reservation. The food was very good.

I like the property but I feel like the staff could have told us about all the places we can go to for example given us a tour or a map of what the resorts provides for us
I like how they cleaned rooms & replenished the mini fridge, coffee bar , bathrooms. What I didn’t like is that when I purchased a hookah worker refused to fix my hookah that worked for about 5 minutes $60 dollar purchase , worker had a very nasty attitude

Barring my bad front desk experience at check-in, my stay at this hotel was a really positive experience. My first interaction with the hotel via its front desk started horribly. After being next in line for a long time, the clerk simply walked away with the persons who were in front of her without even acknowledging the rest of the line, or even to give an assurance of her return. However, I was pacified by other more professional team members, after which my stay was quite enjoyable. The room was really large, nice and clean. I also saw the effort put into customer experience with a specialized team for this. I had a good time and may return.
