Lovely place. It’s in a great location and the communications to get in and know the rules are very well done. It’s really hot in the room and the fan helps a little but ac would be better in a place like Oz. The room was great and breed comfy. The only complaint is that it was quite dusty. You can see the layers of dust on the walls and I have an allergy to it so my nose was popping off constantly. Slider was okay but not a great shower head. Great value for money overall for certain needs.

Very clean room with a big kingsize bed for me one tourist to sleep on is such a comfort in Sydney. Love the tv and tv programs especially project on Channel 10. The french lady in the office is helpful and will assist you in everything and the cleaners are also friendly to talk to. The boutique lodge is in a great location, the check in is easy, we had an issue with our room and the staff were friendly and very quick to help and accommodate us. Happy with our stay

A room within a house. Small and a bit to cosy, your neighbors are literally on the otherside of the wall. There is no elevator as mentioned but the stairs are steep to the top floor, as reception is unattended, you will have to carry your own bags up and down those stairs so pack lightly. If you are in the room with its on bathroom, the bathroom size is inappropriate for adults, toilet to wall space slim to none. Before you get there, you are supposed to fill in an online check-in sheet which once confirmed will give you door codes. This email was not sent prior to our arrival so we were left figuring things out late at night. A cramped and awkward stay unfortunately.

Good location, average price. The room is small, there is a TV, an iron, a hairdryer, a small kitchenette with a small refrigerator and a microwave, i.e. just to heat up food, a small bar table and 1 chair, there is a balcony with a metal table and 2 chairs, you can’t sit there after the rain, because... The balcony/terrace is open and everything is wet. Shared toilet and shower on the floor. Ascent to the floor to the rooms via a fairly steep staircase. Within walking distance of cafes, bars, laundry. There is a supermarket nearby.

Automatic payment was made for drinking water that I did not drink. If you are planning to use it, please take pictures of your drinks in advance when leaving the room. Also, the deposit I paid is returned very late, which is inconvenient. There were other inconveniences such as the shared bathroom and no elevator, but the room was okay. But I don't think I'll ever use this place again.

Only electric fan but balcony

It's ridiculous, because I arrived late and ended up not staying at the hotel I already booked and paid for! I spent one night at the youth hostel next door! As long as it's past working hours, you have to go through a very complicated online check-in in your email. And, here's the point, once it's past 12 o'clock, the link in the email will be invalid and you won't be able to check in. That means you I paid for nothing and couldn't even get through the hotel door! Finally, I went to the front desk of the hotel to negotiate the next morning. The **** boss looked like an Eastern European ****, ****, unreasonable, and did not have the qualities of ordinary local white people in Australian society. There is no way I can give you a part-time room (my request is to give me a part-time room until 3 p.m. I obviously didn’t have a good rest at the youth hostel at night. I didn’t even ask for a refund. I don’t want to cause trouble in a foreign country). Finally, I was given an hourly room until 12:30, and even for this hourly room, I received a deposit of 150 dollars. Speaking of the room itself, there is no private bathroom! ! Shared bathroom on the first floor! ! Really, there's nothing to say, * * merchants, hurry * out of Australia

Very good communication, nice and friendly. They take care of you and the facilities are great. Great location near supermarket, park, water, metro and downtown! We recommend!

This is a very cute little place. We had the room with the private bath. It is small but it was perfectly fine. Just be aware that there is no AC so do not try and stay there in the summer. They do have heaters if you are staying when it is cooler out. They have nice snacks, drinks, wine for purchase in the room. I found it very easy to get a hold of someone when needed.

Great little property for my stay, is close to shops, restaurants and public transport. I enjoyed my stay here very much!

Absolutely shocking place. Nothing like the pictures shown online. NO AIRCON !! FILTHY ! Tiny filthy bathroom Skinny creaky staircase Gaps in floor, all uneven, feral carpet, dust everywhere Extremely shonky staff who lie and lie repeatedly in writing - will not talk over the phone, they will only text. Dodgy area Worst experience ever staying in accomodation AVOID AVOID AVOID

This was our second stay there. Lack of airconditioning was the only draw back being there in summer. Our previous visit was in winter and we had no need for heating. Great location, friendly staff
