It's a really nice little cabin, a lot of space, and cozy warm space. It looks nicer than the pictures shown on the website. Great location too right at downtown of Saariselka, easy to park.

Bad management during check in. I book an Apartment for 2 nights for this stay but I got the room for 1 night each. Staff told me I have to change room tomorrow and check out at 12PM. So that mean first night I stay and tomorrow check out 12PM and wait for a new room. Also, the apartment is very far from reception. Luckily, I have a car. Imagine if I don't have a car, I have to carry big luggage from the apartment to reception to check out and wait for new room later and move my luggage to new room again, how was it? Moreover, when I check out at 12PM staff told me the room will ready for check in around 2 hours. Then came back to check in again for second at 3PM another staff told me the room is not ready yet and policy for the Apartment check in time is 6PM. ***!!! I said I need the room now because this is unacceptable. Then staff told me the room is ready and give me the key card. So, for this situation I waste the time for half day to pack my luggage, move a lot of luggage to my car with a lot of snow, check out, go to reception for check out, wait the new room, wait, wait, wait, and come back to check in and got very bad answer that she told the room is not ready, and go to check in again, move my luggage to new apartment with a lot of snow, and take a rest. VERY BAD!!!!!

I stayed at the Holiday Club cottage facility. It was difficult to find at first, as the buildings were all similar. However, the facilities on the premises were listed on Google Maps, so I was able to find it by following the map. I booked this hotel because it was convenient, as express buses depart and arrive at the Holiday Club. It also had a sauna, a unique feature of Finland, which I enjoyed while waiting for the Northern Lights. I cooked my own meals during my stay, and there was a supermarket nearby for easy grocery and alcohol purchases. There were no condiments or seasonings, so buying them was a hassle. It would have been nice if there was a service that allowed me to use the condiments left by previous guests, even if I didn't leave them in my room, as it would be a waste if my stay was short. I was amazed to see the Northern Lights around 3:00 AM, just a three-minute walk away.

It was comfortable and fun! The location was very good, and because it was centrally located, various itineraries were possible without having to change accommodations. It was easy to use because they had a variety of things available, and the heating was great, so it was comfortable, neither cold nor hot at all. This is an accommodation that is both romantic and practical. Reception service was good, and breakfast was delicious! The swimming pool was also nice to use (I wish the water temperature was a little higher and there was a dehydrator). Best accommodation, recommended!
