So I left home to visit family and I felt like I just went to my second home and got another family. This place is so wonderful. Debbie is the perfect host and I felt so comfortable in her bed and breakfast. My Charles Lindbergh room was cozy, clean and quiet. In fact, that entire street was very quiet. Steps away from everything so the convenience of it was also perfect. I felt very safe and I loved that I could just hang out in the living room to relax as well. I think this place is great for couples and I plan on bringing my husband next time I go. Thank you Debbie for a fantastic stay. You have a lovely home!

Wonderful place for my birthday stay-cation. Our suite was so comfy and we had everything we could've needed. Owner was very responsive. Great proximity to Historic District and all things St. Augustine. Dining and attractions are all within walking distance.

We stayed in the Dr. Livingston room. I wish I had known that you enter the room through a small bathroom. No entry hallway, just right into the bathroom with the toilet right next to the entry door. So if your partner is using the bathroom, you have to wait to exit the room. The room is ALL bed but it is very comfy. The balcony is basically a rooftop that is large but stark. Would be nice if there was a lounge chair there. It overlooks the parking lot. The house itself is pretty and the other rooms looked much nicer and you don’t have to enter through the bathroom. The Lindbergh room was so sunny and so pretty, it was right next to ours.

Thank you TripAdvisor for recommending this B&B (w/o breakfast). The accommodations were excellent. The location was one block from Flagler College. Easy walk to the fort and many fine restaurants. I would have never found this wonderful place if not searching TripAdvisor.

Our family of 4 took our very first family vacation and we went to St. Augustine. Our daughters are 8 and 11. My husband and I were engaged and married in St. Augustine in Sept 2009 and March 2010. We spent our daughters' spring breaks in St. Augustine to show them everywhere we had spent our time in St. Augustine 14 years prior to show them where we got engaged, where we got married, had our reception, etc. We really wanted to stay in a bed and breakfast because we had stayed in one when we got married and it was almost impossible to find one in SA that allowed children. Jacki, the owner of AJE, was so responsive to let us know that our children were welcome and even recommended the perfect suite for our family. We stayed in the Lewis and Clark suite. Jacki was so right...it was absolutely perfect for our family. We were very comfortable and the beds were so incredibly dreamy. For pull out couches, the mattresses were very comfy according to our girls. We had plenty of towels, pillows, blankets and everything to make our stay feel just like home. Notable items in the suite were the Keurig coffee maker and the water machine...they were the perfect touch. Debbi was on site every day and greeted us and welcomed us as well. We cannot wait to go back to Saint Augustine and we will definitely be staying at AJE again and again.

This was a great place. Walking distance to downtown. We stayed in the Key West Suite and it had everything we needed...full size Keurig coffee maker, mini fridge, sitting area, outside porch area. The king size bed was super comfortable, and so was the pull out couch! The shower sprayed water a little crazy, but they are getting ready to replace it;) The hosts were awesome, and quick to respond to our questions.

Dr. Livingston Room. Where to start, in no particular order: no baseboards in bathroom, door unable to be secured from inside (normal residential locks) entire room (and bed) noticably slanted. Bed is noticably worn in. Wife and I just gave up early and left the room due to how awfulnit felt (rotated it i0degrees and its a bit better now). Everything creaks, almost comically. Toilet is against outer wall (wife had to sit sideways on it to use it.) Shower leaks due to door not closing properly (probably why baseboards were removed due to flooding) light fixture on ceiling fan was busted, but secure. My cose only worked on back door to enter and leave? Most of the metalnin the shiwer is delaminated and sharp/flaking.

At Journeys End - Best stay we've had in St. Augustine yet. We stayed in the uber clean Lewis and Clark suite-plenty of room, full kitchen, parking, and cold AC (much needed in FL heat). This was our first stay, loved it so much, we will be back for sure to see the Christmas lights this winter. The space was a retreat after a day touring the city with plenty of room for everyone to rest and spread out, by not being on top of eachother in a regular hotel room everyone was happy! We had space to get ready for a night out with easy walking distance to the areas best restaurants (River and Fort was awesome). With the full kitchen, we could bring groceries too, giving us options to prepare/cook and kids to enjoy a frozen treat in our room-a rare amenity to have the full size frig. This was the perfect location for our home base while enjoying the town. Host had great communication and ready to help with recommendations for places to eat and things to do.

We rented the main house and Carriage house for our son’s wedding January 11-13. My husband and I, along with the groomsmen stayed for 3 days. At Journey’s End was a perfect fit for our needs. It is within walking distance to the Lightner Museum where the reception was held. The Lobstah Roll is a great place to have a light lunch. The house has 3 bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom downstairs. Each bedroom has a bath and very comfortable beds. The carriage house has 1 apartment with a full kitchen and the other has a sink, microwave and mini fridge. The main kitchen is well stocked with dishes, glassware, and cooking equipment. Just bring your groceries. The owner, Jacki is a wonderful host, available at all times and quick to accommodate us. Debbie is the boots on the ground. She makes sure the house is clean and ready for the guests. She made us feel like family with her friendly personality. Your experience At Journey’s End will make your visit in St. Augustine special.
