Very friendly staff, excellent service, clean rooms, and beautiful grounds. We had a delicious dinner at the hotel's restaurant.

This hotel is perfect. Our third time staying here as we drive down to Collioure from the UK. It’s a great stop off point for us for a couple of nights. This time we treated ourselves to the suite. What a fabulous room! It had a gorgeous terrace overlooking a pretty church AND another terrace off the bathroom with views of the valley and viaduct. Dinner and breakfast were lovely! We also did a fantastic walk from the chateau all the way under the Millau viaduct to a village where we caught the bus back to just outside the Chateau. Not for the faint hearted! It was a long walk but very beautiful!

A Lovely little chateau - the beds were extremely comfy and the evening meal at the restaurant was delicious. Well worth a visit or diversion. The countryside was stunning and we would happily return here.

This was the loveliest experience and I heartily recommend it to anyone travelling through France. We stayed one night but should have stayed longer. The bedroom was a standard one because I had booked fairly late - it was quite large though so no problem but for a longer stay you would want a bigger bathroom I think. The food in the restaurant was amazing - and we sat in the 'cloisters' with an open view of Millau. It was just wonderful.

Great stay at the Chateau. We had a Classic Room, which was comfortable and very spacious. It was great to sit outside with a drink - and the pool has a great view of the Millau Viaduct. We had an evening meal in the restaurant, sat outside on the covered terrace, with an open archway looking out over the valley. Really good food, and a nice selection of wines. Breakfast is a self-service buffet, with a mixture of continental and also bacon and eggs. There is also free secure parking. We would definitely re-visit if in the area.

Lovely room in the older section with all necessities, amenities. Quiet with great view from the window. Located near a nice stroll along a creek. Staff very attentive. Dinner was wonderful. Breakfast buffet with excellent coffee. Pool seemed heated but we didn’t take advantage of it. Parking on the property. A great place to stay

Wonderful room for disabled guests. Fabulous helpful staff and first class restaurant overlooking the town. Wonderful breakfast on our terrace. Tempting swimming pool and wonderful memories of the great Emma Calve.

A very well managed Hotel. I have some dietary issues and the staff went out of their way to assist. Enjoying dinner on the balcony overlooking the town with the Viaduct in the background at sunset was really great. Rooms ar large and old fashioned which you must expect in a historic old building. Would visit again

The chateau was very unique, kept in a timeless capsule. The pool and outside area would have been lovely if we had the weather, but saying that our children still got in the pool and enjoyed it. The pool was smaller than the pictures suggested but as no one was in it, it didn’t cause a problem. The first night we ate in the restaurant, which was beautiful, the food was amazing and great valve for money. The children’s menu was good value €12 for beef or fish with a pudding, our children really enjoyed it. I am vegetarian and there was a good offering on the menu, the cheese was exceptional. Lots of lovely wines to choose from and Kensal spoke very good English, he was so helpful advising on food and wine. We had two room due to the size of our family, but these weren’t interconnected. The WiFi was great and there was lot of games you could play in the drawing room. The rooms were comfortably, the shower head in the showers were massive, so don’t turn it on until you are in the shower with the door closed.
