So bad we left our stay early. Not worth anybody's time unless you're happy with paying massive money to stay in what could only be described as poverty accommodation. I've never stayed in such a disgusting place in my entire life. I would rather contract accute dysentery than stay in this putrid hole ever again. Unclean, falling apart, dishevelled, horrid would be a short description. ...close to the beach though.

What we paid to stay at this place for 1 night is ridiculous. The Hotel pictures make it look A LOT better than it is. Floors are grimy, rooms are small, bugs all over, washroom fixtures are very old and rusting everywhere. Only good thing is the location on the beach but there are plenty of other places that must be better than this.

Beautiful location. I knew it was an older property, but torn and stained towel and wash clothes are an easy thing to see and maintain. Wiring/electric upgrades needed. Many broken, missing outlet covers. Only 2 prong receptacles available. Wall air unit spewed unknown chunks of material on the kitchen floor. This place could've been a gem with some maintenence and upgrades. The location is convenient and lovely. It has some charming features such as ping pong, shuffle board, volleyball, 2 pools (1heated), and outdoor grilling area.

For $300 a night we could have done much better but it was spring break wknd. The cons, place needs a remodel, and new furniture the bed sunk in, the a/c is an old wall unit, bathroom was outdated and old. The pros, the 2 pools were nice and warm, they had 2 new grills, lots of areas for eating outside with umbrellas, and the best part was that it was beach front.

This property needs a lot of maintenance. The bathroom is very substandard; it needs to be completely redone. The bathtub had very noticeable stains and chips in the enamel, the toilet was old, and the sink unit was old and worm. The outside of the door to our unit was quite damaged; the furnishings were very old. We were quite shocked at the disrepair of the place given the amount of money we paid per night.

The beach was beautiful and they made the outside of the property nice. My room had a hole in the wall, covered up poorly with painters tape, stains on pillow cases, and bathroom had multiple hairs on the floor. I ended up canceling due to cleanliness.

The towels were stained. Bathtub was stained. Shower head had so much build-up the water pressure wasn't much more than a drip. One of the blinds was broken and missing a piece. Interior door locks were broken. Overall. Gross!!!

I enjoyed my stay very much. Only thing I was disappointed with was that the kitchen was way to small. The fridge was about 1x1 . Very small. I thought the photos online definitely did this place justice.

Location is wonderful. Outdated but quaint buildings. Need more towels in room. Location,Location, Location!

Right on the ocean. Pool heated. Place is dated and rusty but you are by the water, that happens. No staff after 5pm. Tight limited parking. Check out at 10 am which is not great. Cleaning lady knocking on door AT 10 am. BUT Did get a late check out from them which was appreciate. Bed very comfortable. Had a great time. Looking forward to going back again.

This is the worst place I stayed at and I’ve stayed in hotels across the world. The staff is useless. No respect of the quiet hours. The rooms are outdated and our bed was broken but they did nothing about it. Our room was not ready at 45 minutes past check in. Our watched bags were just left for anyone to take and no one around.

If i could upload pictures you would definitely swipe past booking this place! Outdated from the 1940's. Original stained furniture! Bathroom was original pink old gross tile. Tiles broke in living area. Only two outlets worked...and even then your plug will fall out and spark! No smoke detectors! The air conditioner you could see spray foam holding it into wall. Being on the beach is nice, but thats the only thing going for them! I will not be back unless a full remodel!

Was basically clean, but needs updating in rooms. Bathroom tub had been painted and some paint was chipping off. Water very slow draining, when did drain, connection under sink came apart and water shot all over floor. What I saw on-line was not a clear representation of what we actually stayed in.

They should be ashamed to charge $300 a night for this place! No office staff after 4:30, no maid service unless requested, threadbare and gray towels, rusty appliances, broken shades, insufficient door locks, not enough parking spaces, and many other inadequacies. If you arrive after the office has closed, there will be an envelope on the office door with your name on it, and inside is a slip of paper with your room number and a code to unlock the door. Supposedly it’s to be renovated soon, but it should close until this is done. Zero stars!
