Location is great, within a few blocks there's a gas station kind of store that closes at 11 pm. There's also a bar called Riptide that runs pretty late. Around half a mile out, there's more stores like McDonalds or Waffle House for quick bites. The owners are extremely nice and friendly. My only complaint is that the hotel rooms used keys not electronic key cards, so I'm not sure if that would pose a security issue. There's also shutter blinds as opposed to curtains, so I felt like people could easily look in while I'm sleeping.

We loved it. Managers are very nice and very attentive. Had a bit of craziness in the middle of the night with a couple of guests who came back drunk and arguing. Manager handled the situation beautifully. I was impressed and if I’m am ever back in the area will stay there again.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! The room smelled like cleaning solutions mixed together causing my wife and I to become ill and have to leave. The bed was just box spring and mattress on the ground. This place way outdated and not worth any money. The property management company refused to refund us even though we only stayed 2 hours before becoming ill from the fumes.

I was given room #9, to find the room was a task by itself when you arrive and need to use the bathroom so badly. Finally, after I found the room and entered I was not able to turn the lights on, it was too dark to look for the switch. I had to run the light on my cell phone to be able to see around me. After finding the switch, there was no light bulb in the light fixture or it was burnt out. Also, the parking was limited and finally I found a spot it says towing enforced, and the property in front of the parking was not clear if it was part of the hotel, until I started digging around to make sure my car would not be towed. It was not funny when you are tired and need to sleep and being worried if your car is safe or not.

The staff was amazing. We arrived on Thanksgiving day and they had an entire thanksgiving meal made for everyone at the property. Would definitely return!

The property was very "old Florida" - quaint and very clean. Once we received the proper link, check in was easy. The pool looked beautiful, but we did not have time to use it. It is a 2 minute drive to the beach where you will find many options for restaurants. We would stay there again!

We really liked the room and the stay. The check in was easy. The room was very comfortable. Very nice pool and sitting area around the pool. There are many restaurants within a 5 minute drive. The room was very clean and there was zero noise, even though we were very close the street. Loved this place and will use it again

We were never told that our room could be on a second floor. So, we were put on the second floor. Being older difficult to climb. For the amount that we paid, we expected to be in a better room. Door in the room to bathroom broken off at the bottom or chewed!!! Dirty fountain in the courtyard with broken fountain, overall looked terrible. Could have stayed at a better hotel for less money. Will never recommend or stay there in the future.

There was mold in the bathroom ceiling, door was broken and taped up. The shelf was broken, sink was almost unattached from the wall.

This is old Florida at it's best!! The staff was ahhhhmazing! The room was super clean, nicely decorated, and beds were comfy. The area was quiet and felt safe. There is a nice pool with waterfall and fountain outside the office. We got locked out at 10pm and staff immediately responded to our request for help! I will definitely stay here next time I'm in town!!

Found this place spontaneously on the internet and just drove by. Very lovely little motel, nicely prepared room including a kitchenette, really peaceful pool with waterfalls. Would definitely come back again next time when we're in Florida/USA.

Found a live cockroach in the utensil drawer, and the beds were so hard that myself nor my friend got much sleep. Both beds were terrible. We had the reservation for three nights, but we decided to check out the day after checking in. When I told the property manager, she said that the exterminating company had just been there the day before. Hmmm. She said, regarding the uncomfortable beds, that she had just purchased $15,000 worth of new beds, and offered us another room. My response, "why would we stay in another room with the same uncomfortable beds?" I was told by Orbitz, the 3rd party company that I made the reservation through, that they made numerous attempts to get a refund for me, which would have been for only two nights but Blind Pass Resort refused. I find that totally unacceptable. They should not be in business if they can't refund an economy priced room for two nights because of a bad experience there. So much for considering the customer.
