Возмущена. Жила в этот раз (не первый) 7 суток. На вторые сутки (а на дворе октябрь) батареи стали холодными. ”Решаем, сейчас принесем нагреватель”. Принесли после 2 напоминаний микропечку, котрая за 2 часа работы на максималках не справилась. Попросила переселить. Отправилив другой номер. Прихожу, а там настежь распахнутое окно (в дождь, ветер и ненастье. Самое то для замерзшего человека. Переселили еще раз. Жила еще 3 дня и сегодня снова батареи ледяные. ”Решаем”. Ага, прошу 2 нагревателя, наученная прошлым опытом. Напоминать снова пришлось дважды, в отеле никто никуда не торопится, ни горничные, ни кухня, ни ресепшен. Через полчаса (естественно, теплее за это время не стало) второй обогреватель отняли, а на вопрос, не стоит ли, проштрафившись дважды, принести в качестве извинений бутылку вина гостю, например, мне рассмеялись в лицо. Случись это в Сызрани или Лысково... но отель находится в самом прекрасном и дорогом райноне Спб. Такие дела.

Забронировал номер на 2 суток. Сам апарт-отель неплохой, но с сервисом большие проблемы. Заказывал номер с завтраком. В итоге оказалось, что завтрак с 9-00, а в субботу с 10-00; У меня были утренние встречи, поэтому оба дня остался без завтрака. Заранее никто не предупредил, что так поздно для завтрака открывается у них ресторан. В номере не убираются после 1й ночи. На просьбу дать или продать бутылку воды, потому что утром все закрыто, а после первой ночи никто ее не доставил, предложили самому сходить в магазин Красное и белое.

A pretty good hotel for its money. There is everything for comfortable accommodation. The staff is friendly, polite. Noise isolation is not very good, but it is classic for all hotels. In the room is warm, even hot. The water pressure in the shower is excellent. Especially pleased breakfast (a big choice, delicious). Recommend the hotel for accommodation.

Pros + Room was nice + Good bathroom + Wifi worked well Cons - Our attic room had no windows, except for a large roof window. This we knew and expected. What was not expected though was that the roof window had no curtain! This meant that the room was always bright and you are woken up early by the sun. Furthermore the constant sunshine in the room meant the room quickly became hot. - The air conditioning was unable to cope with the heat from the sun - The staff was not friendly. For example upon arriving we were never greeted or welcomed, just told to give passports and sign a form. - When we came for breakfast at 09 there was hardly any food. Bread was available but most of the hot dishes were completely empty, refilled only very occasionally by an uninterested girl with her mask under her chin. - We bought half-board which meant dinner was included in our rate. Do not get this package! Besides the confusion at the restaurant the food itself was very poor. - The room doors are not fire-doors and do not close automatically. Summary We booked this because of its location but recommend others to seek alternative accommodations.
