Ужасное отношение отеля к своим клиентам. Поездка планировалась на 4-7 сентября, за месяц произошли неожиданные изменения в планах( на работе отменили отпуск) и соответсвенно отменила бронирование, деньги отказались возвращать не то что полностью, даже частично. В жизни бывают разные ситуации нужно оставаться людьми! Очень жаль выкинутых на ветер денег. P.s. Перенести бронирование также отказались!
