The hotel is excellent, very good service. Breakfast is sensational as well as the hotel restaurant.

Fantastic clean and recently renovated hotel. We celebrated a birthday here and loved the experience, the buffet was extensive, but cheaper if you book ahead. The room service was a little slow (our order did not turn up when requested), but otherwise everything was great

Booking and check-in were smooth, the price was slightly higher, the health was satisfactory, the front desk did not speak English, but basically did not need to communicate, it was all those processes. The sheets in the room are now replaced, there is no problem with hygiene, there is a refrigerator. Breakfast is a European buffet breakfast, the category is more abundant, meets the ordinary breakfast requirements, there is a coffee machine. Sehr gutes Business Hotel. Absolut freundliches und entgegenkommendes Personal an der Rezeption, im Zimmerservice und auch bei Frühstück. Frühstück mit großer Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken. Eierspeisen und Tapioca werden frisch zubereitet. Zimmer sauber und angenehm. Unserem Wunsch nach extra Kopfkissen kam das Personal sofort nach. Gepflegter Garten mit maga Pool Wir kommen gerne wieder !!!

Péssima experiência com relação ao estacionamento do hotel. Não tem sequer por onde pedestre sair. Tive q descer uma rampa péssima sem sinalização por onde pedestre deveria andar. Péssima experiência. Péssima estrutura de estacionamento. Precisam melhorar sinalização e estrutura de estacionamento, bem como colocar carregador para carro elétrico. Uma rede como Accor seria o mínimo.

O hotel definitivamente precisa de uma boa reforma mas sei que já está planejada. Por enquanto os apartamentos não podem ser chamados ”de luxo” e os preços deveriam ser mais baixos. Móveis de baixa qualidade bastante estragados. Funcionários da recepção simpáticos e profissionais.

Food was excellent. Breakfast has a lot of options. Bedrooms are very large. Everything went fine except when i arrived the door guys didnt even moved to offer to take my suitcase. I noticed that this happened to other guests. They just stand there and watch. That is not good for a 5 star hotel. Everything else was fine.

Tolle Strandlage. Gut geführtes Hotel. Allerdings muß man, bei einem Wunsch z. B. nach einem 2. Bettlaken, an der Rezeption zur Erledigung öfter mal ”erinnern” Sehr guter Frühstücksservice. Aufmerksames Personal. Ausreichen große Auswahl. Es wird laufend nachgefüllt. W-LAN Empfang aber von Zimmer zu Zimmer unterschiedlich. Es war diesmal nicht ausreichend sodass wir das Zimmer wechseln mußten.

I enjoyed the experience as a whole and will be returning for a third time to stay there. The service provided by most of the receptionists, maids and other staff was excellent. The apartments were in good condition and clean, but the TV had a limited number of channels.

The only thing I didn't like was having to pay for parking. Because the ad talks about parking and that was the reason I took the hotel. However, you pay $20.00 per day to use the garage inside the hotel. It needs to be evaluated or it can cause damage such as false advertising
