A cosy budget boutique hotel close to Gur e Amir Mausoleum. Simple but very large rooms with a beautiful and tasteful theme. Charming staff and a great breakfast. Alas we were only here for one night which was a shame as would have liked longer. It's in a great location for wandering around the city and plenty of restaurants and parks nearby and not far at all from Rajestan square which is a pleasant stroll away.

The location is excellent. Close to all the attractions. The road infromt of the hotel is picture perfect. Breakfast items are mix of local and intercontinental cuisine. Juice selection is limited. Hotel staff are well conversant in english which is rare in Uzbekistan.

Very well situated hotel - opposite the Rukhobod mausoleum and easy walking to the Timur mausoleum. Less than 30 minutes to the Registan. Lovely balcony at the front. Good breakfast and turned laundry round really fast. Only drawback is distance from any restaurants though we we walker to Old City which had the best plov of the trip.

An amazing hotel! Quiet, very clean, beautiful location, exceptional staff! Anna at the front desk was so very helpful! Her recommendations were exceptional. Wish we could stay there longer! The view from the roof is very beautiful, especially at night.

Malika Prime is an excellent boutique hotel with just 23 rooms, located centrally very close to the Amir Temur Mausoleum. It is also walking distance to the Registan Ensemble of Madrassas. There is also a lot of open green space in front of the hotel. The receptionists and staff of Malika Prime, especially Anna and Sherifbek, were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast served was delicious. The decor of the hotel including rooms was in traditional Uzbek style with wooden ceilings and exquisite patterns. Overall, a very pleasant and memorable stay!

The hotel is located across a park in a quiet street. My room had plenty of storage space and a safety deposit box, comfortable and clean bedding, bathroom with bathtub and shower, nice clean towels. My room on the 2nd floor, only accessible via stairs, had a small balcony with view to the park which would be a plus for sitting outside and enjoying a drink, however, when I arrived it was cold and rainy. WiFi was good. Breakfast buffet was average upcountry fare, fried eggs, cheese, sausage, porridge, some kind of cakes, etc. Check in was fast, leaving the passport with reception which seems normal in hotels outside of Tashkent, the lady manager very friendly and efficient, however, check out was a bit slow because the guy at reception appeared a bit out of place. The one night cost about 40 USD.

The location was efficient and the best way to enjoy Samarkand. The staff were always smiling and the hotel was clean. The building itself had a lovely Arabic a**osphere.

A very beautiful new hotel near Registan. The rooftop veranda is incredibly beautiful and offers beautiful views of the city. Attentive and caring staff. Clean and beautiful rooms in national style. Delicious breakfasts are served on the ground floor in the morning.

This hotel is very well located in the university district, which will undoubtedly make it possible to engage in conversation with students, on the edge of a very pretty park and not far from monuments to visit. Modern rooms but nevertheless with Uzbek charm. Very good breakfast. In short, a pleasant hotel that combines comfort, modernity and charm.

the hotel is located in direct visibility from the Tamerlane Mausoleum. The staff is responsive. The rooms are small but sufficiently equipped. The beds are as hard as possible. It's nice to sit on the roof of the hotel in the evening and have a glass of tea. Breakfast is nice.

The hotel is located 15 minutes walk from the Registan, in a beautiful building. The room we stayed in was quite spacious. There is no kettle and tea facilities in the room, but upon request, hot water is brought in a teapot. Bottled water is provided only once upon arrival. Breakfast is monotonous, but there is a choice. The staff is friendly.

I spent three nights in this hotel which was part of my “Kappa” circuit. The rooms were clean and well heated (even too much, but it's getting cold in Uzbekistan at night in November). The hotel is well placed: in 5 minutes on foot, you are in front of the Mausoleum of Timur / Tamerlane (Gour Emir) and in 15 to 20 minutes on foot, you are at the superb Registan Square!!! The breakfast (buffet) is complete and plentiful: your choice of sweet and savory (including fried eggs or omelet). The staff is friendly. only regret: the WiFi blocked things even when connected (WhatsApp worked, but impossible to receive or send emails and my VPN remained blocked: INTOLERABLE!!!).

We arrived at the hotel late at night, we were immediately settled in a wonderful 2-bed room with a view of the historical sights of Samarkand! At our request, they made us delicious coffee. Breakfast was standard but varied. I liked everything: service, cleanliness and speed of resettlement. I recommend this hotel to everyone!

VV. Clean and big room. good location. Samarkand is not a big city, but it's still nice to live in the very center. Attractions are all within walking distance. Some will need to be reached by taxi, but it's not far. We traveled by car, everything is close. Breakfast is included in the price. local products. Patyr (bread), sausage, cheese, eggs, butter, cereals, seasonal fruits, coffee, tea. Not very varied, but tasty, breakfast is quite satisfying and everything is fresh. The staff is very polite.
