EXCELENTE ESTADÍA, COMIDA DELICIOSA, YA CON ANSIAS DE VOLVER A ESE PARAÍSO Y HOSPEDARME EN EL BLUE REEF EL TRATO PERFECTO DE TODAS LAS PERSONAS, LAS COCINERAS, LO QUE MÁS ME GUSTO SIN DUDA FUE LA COMIDA, TODO MUY BUENO

Las instalaciones estan descuidadas, cortinas manchadas, la oferta del restaurante es poca y los horarios no son flexibles ya que la distancia a la playa no favorece llegar a la hora de las comidas.el comedor tiene una ubicacion poco amigable

El hotel tiene unas instalaciones viejas, la piscina es muy pequeña, la comida regular, poco variada, higiene perversa. Habitaciones que parecen de todo menos de un hotel, espejos sucios, baños en regular estado, las fotos editadas lindas, la realidad el hotel deja mucho que desear y ganas de no volver. Se salva el personal, gente muy amable y servicial y hacen muy bien su trabajo. Se podría ofrecer más variedad de tragos en el bar.

Me pareció muy buen hotel muy buena atención de parte los recepcionistas ,meseros y parte administrativas ,y volvería viajar a san andress islas ya que tiene unas playas muy hermosas y todo sus alrededores me voy muy contenta y con mucha satisfacción de aver estado en este hotel y en la isla de San andres

Excelente atención, muy cordiales, muy rica la comida y siempre estuvieron pendientes de nosotros aún cuando sólo íbamos a estar una noche. Felicitaciones a todo el personal, hicieron nuestra estadía muy especial y quedamos con ganas de volver!

Realmente para el precio que pague el servicio superó mis expectativas, el personal muy amable, desde el señor del Bar, la señora del aseo o las del buffet, el hotel no está retirado del centro, restaurante con vista al mar, volvería nuevamente

La alimentación muy buena el personal excelente, mejorar el mantenimiento a los techos, al baño y la corta de bebidas. Por lo demás una excelente experiencia en este maravilloso lugar de Colombia!!!!!
