If they had room service would have been perfect. My 4 year old loved the kiddie and regular pools. Breakfast was fine and lids under 5 ate for free. The Spur restaurant food and beer selection were great too and prices were decent. Great location to Sea World.

A lot not to like didn’t get the room I wanted booked 3 months ago wi-fi didn’t work room was not supplied with coffee,the 4 days we were there did not clean the bathroom plus we paid $20 a day for parking and they weren’t responsible for any thing worse Hilton I’ve seen

The hotel was clean and comfy. It was just that a renovation crew began work outside our room door at about 7:30 a.m.

Room was nice and well appointed. Mikey at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. Security on property and gate access was a nice added benefit.

The property was under construction and making repairs and upgrades and changing money to park your vehicle. If I knew that I would have stayed elsewhere. That should have been disclosed at booking. On the second day my room didn’t get cleaned

Room was ok, staff was very nice, still don’t understand the Pay For Parking thing, and still have not seen how much of my $100.00 for parking and deposit will be refunded like I was told at check in.

We only spent the night, but the hotel was clean, and the service was excellent. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

The hotel was pretty nice- the highlights are the courtyard fire pits and games. Heated pools would make a big difference- basically too cold to swim in the winter months. Also, the room wasn’t ready when we arrived well past 5 pm so that was a surprise. The hotel is under construction and there are still many rough finishes. I also don’t understand why we had to pay for parking. We purposely chose a hotel far from the downtown to avoid a parking fee.

Great property staff was very friendly, restaurant staff was great. Katherine our waitress was very nice and attentive.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. One major complaint was the wait time on elevators. It seemed like there was only one elevator working during our entire stay and it took about 5 minutes to get to our floor on each occasion. This is unacceptable because there are three elevators available on each floor. Management needs to take a hard look at this problem. The restaurant and bar were small for a hotel this size and so close to Sea World.

The facility and the staff at both the counter and restaurants were outstanding. They were friendly, helpful, extremely courteous and helpful.

Very clean but our reason relied on the hot tub not working and the pool was cold. Our first room the A/c was not working and when they moved us the second room had no patio. So down graded. But we will try again sometime .
