Carpet dirty with stains all over looked dirty towels were so hard when you dried with them beds were hard not comfortable at all

I only stayed for one night, for some reason the room I stayed in was having some weird noises like an AC fan wouldn’t cut off. But other than that it was pretty good property decent price decent selection for the breakfast.

No hot water in the morning. Had to give a $100 cash deposit for the room but they would not provide a receipt. Got the deposit back at checkout.

room had poor maintenance as carpets were stained in several places. Window curtains were torn and did not close completely. Front staff at night were on phone to family and unresponsive to quests. I have cleaner water coming out of my septic system than was available for making tea in the morning. Had room reserved for two nights but only stayed one as we had no desire to remain in such an establishment. Never again.

Do not stay here! Upon arrival we were greeted by a very unhappy front counter worker. Later on in the night he almost got in a fight with a customer. The lobby has lamps and couches with stains on them. In the lobby! They aren’t trying to hide the dirty mess. Rooms are also dirty and stained filled. AC leaks water on the carpets and it smells like mildew. On top of all of this! Several cars were broken into and my car was left with damage. The owner said it happens all the time yet did not disclose this upon arrival. Spend the extra money and stay somewhere else.

Shower/water tap very slow, pretty much almost dead. Bed was not comfortable though linen provided were clean.

Disrespect & overcharged, refused to give receipt, & Jose refused to even tell me amount of charges. He charged me 2 deposits and refused to tell me why. He denied it. I shied him the charges and did not acknowledge it.

I've been trying over and over to cancel my booking for both reservations. I talked to the hotel and they said it was fine...
The second reservation on Dec 1st to the 2nd also was supposed to be canceled and i put it on a payment plan with Affirm and the hotel said i was supposed to cancel with you folks.. which I've been trying to do from Tuesday because my husband got really sick...

Room had a bad smell to it , I went out and bought air fresheners. Also side door leading to outside never worked regardless of the time of day via key card entry, luckily someone out a stone outside to prop the door open if need be. Although there lies a possible security issue in itself
