We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It was centrally located and very odern. What I liked mot was the service. Everyone there went out of their way to make us happy. Fresh bottles of water every day, a Nespresso machine in the room and one in the lobby with great tasting coffee. They made me a cappuccino and delivered it to my room. Heavenly. When it rained they gave me an umbrella. Totally a classy and lovely hotel. If you are into art, you will love the wall hangings and lamps from a designer from Mexico City. They are available for sale too. I was tempted. But I must mention the king sized bed and cradles you when you sleep. So comfy. I usually like hard beds but I slept so well on their mattress, I will have to rethink that. Can't say enough about the service, the staff and the hotel.

This boutique hotel is elegant, has friendly and dedicated staff working there. The room is perfectly decorated with high ceiling if you’re on the first floor. The towels are plush, the robes are quality made and even the slippers are worthy to take home one of a kind. The shower lacks pressured water flow, our only complaint but still doable. The hotel is conveniently located next to the center zocalo. We bought a bottle of wine and drank at the lounge next to the front desk and hung out for hours. It’s so worth it to stay here and we felt like two nights were not enough.

Staff was amazing, super friendly, always eager to help, they even gave us a history lesson of San Cristobal and their buildings. We highly recommend this hotel to families w/kids. Muchas gracias por ser tan acogedores.

We checked in at midnight and Camilo received us. He was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and beds are extremely comfortable. Hotel is very centrally located. We had easy access to shopping, eating and nightlife. Definitely will come back.

Rooms are nice with decent space. Location is great but noisy as the rooms are right on the street. Windows are no where near noise proof. You can hear the conversations of the people walking by. Otherwise, a great place.

Staff was awesome

For a hotel that claims to be of good quality, it owes a lot to its guests, the beds squeak as soon as you sit down, the mattresses are sunken in the center and therefore do not provide you with a good rest, the bathroom filter is very weak, the Nespresso coffee machine did not serve well, did not jam the capsules, the cable service on the television constantly restarted while in use. Friendly cleaning staff. When checking out, the receptionist went up to check the room, upon returning tactlessly and in a rude manner he asked us how many robes there were in the room, suggesting as if we had taken some with us. This action was very annoying for us as guests. They are supposed to have control of what is in the rooms and ask their staff before disturbing the client.

Thank you very much to all the Staff, they are really very nice and friendly people, it is what makes us Mexicans unique.
