Decent place in a college neighborhood. Older, but fairly well kept. Pros: The staff was very cool and very helpful. Con: The TV situation is dismal. It's an older DirectTV system and I could only get about 5 channels, only political news shows, no local channels. I was there several days and it never improved. Another Con: even though the complex was fairly quiet, every single thing in my room made noise. The Heater/AC had an incessant ticking that affected my sleep, the toilet had a drip in the tank that could be heard from the bed, and the fridge was noisier than most. Even though I had a white noise machine, these things disturbed my ability to sleep in peace.

The location is very convenient, close to SDSU, and plenty of great restaurants close by. The service is great and the room is spacious, we enjoyed our stay here.

The carpet was not clean, the room smelled, the air conditioner sounded like a helicopter, and there was basically no breakfast, just bread.
