We always stay at this hotel as it's the closest to my sister's home in Toluca. This time, we requested a date change from Dec 24 to Dec 25. According to *******, the hotel management agreed to the change without penalties and made the respective notes manually but by the time we arrived on Dec 25 at 10 pm they said they had no records of the change and the manager was not aware at all. Interestingly, their front desk person did say she received the call from ******* and directed them to management. At this point, the hotel didn't offer any options but to make a new reservation at their current rate. Since we couldn't afford that, we drove back home two hours away, at 11 pm on Christmas. This is not the first time we have had issues with management here, a year ago $700 USD disappeared from the hotel room and the manager did not provide any support or help to find the person responsible. Be careful! Their customer service is the worst.

Great service and amazing buffet!! We appreciate all the kindness and service for everyone. We recommend thus great place to stay and eat. Next time in city we definitely stay with them. In a few words, excellent hotel in town!! The food was delicious!!

We stay at the Crown Plaza a few times a month and it is always such a great time! The location is great and the rooms are always spotless. Mario at the concierge takes such great care of us like we are his own family. I always feel so at home when we are at the Crown Plaza and can not recommend it enough!

Great service loyalty Guter Service Hotel ist sauber. Angestellten sehr Freundlich. Mario nette Person . sehr hilfreich und freundlich . Zimmer sauber und der gym 🏋️♀️ großflächig. Hotel ist sicher , Resturant personal sehr freudlich.

I travel tp Toluca for work regularly and we ALWAYS stay the Crowne Plaza Hotel. I have never had a bad nights stay there and credit that to the amazing staff. The front desk staff is always courteous and helpful, the rooms are huge and the beds are comfortable, and best of all, Mario the concierge is a gem. He is SO helpful in making sure we have a comfortable stay every time we check in and we regularly ask for him when we arrive. He has gone out of his way to accommodate us with everything from delivering utensils to our room to driving us to dinner and picking us up when we're finished. Highly recommend staying at this hotel and if you do, please tell Mario "hi" from his favorite pilots!

This hotel is spectacular. Great service and amenities. Mario the concierge, is the best you will find anyplace. He is the reason i stay here for all of my visits to Toluca for business with GM. His knowledge of restaurants and needs for foreign travelers is the best.

This is a great Hotel to stay. Mario in concierge always takes good care of us. He is the biggest reason why we choose the Crown Plaza. I travel to Toluca for business on a regular basis and love staying here. I would definitely recommend this Hotel to anyone staying in the Toluca area.
