The hotel is in a great location, close to Union Square, and within walking distance to museums, Fisherman's Wharf, etc. The service is also good.

The location of the hotel is very good, right next to Union Square. The interior of the room should have been renovated, but it is still good. It is very convenient to go everywhere.

Overall would recommend UNLESS you are a light sleeper and/or dont have earplugs. Everything was clean, the room was spacious, the staff was friendly, the bed was a good medium-firmness. But the girls celebrating until 2am in their room next door (or above? below?) being perfectly loud for folks in their own room, might as well have been in my room. I drifted in and out of sleep till they settled down, and Im a pretty sound sleeper. Anyway, either the walls are super thin, or there's an open vent between our rooms that funnels sound between them.

It was a great stay I would stay here again. The restaurant next to it is amazing as well! Everyone was amazing.

It was a nice large room, comfortable bed. Convenient location for the business trip I was on. The restaurant downstairs was tasty for dinner and there were good breakfast options nearby too.

Really liked this hotel! Centrally located, close to everything, easy to access by public transport from SFO. Great for the price and no hidden fees. Great staff!

Staff very welcoming and nice. Overall, they were all ready to answer my questions and made feel safe.

The staff at the hotel is extremely friendly. Also since it is a VIP hotel they upgraded the room, provided a bottle of wine and they also let me check in early. I’ve stayed at a few hotels in the area as I come for work fairly regularly and this is by far the best value for the quality. And an added perk- they let me borrow an umbrella as it was a very rainy day in San Francisco.

Clean and nice hotel. We also like a parking garage nearby and the restaurant next to the hotel, which opens until 11pm.

Very charming boutique hotel. Decor was art-filled and calm. Staff was super friendly. My king room was spacious and well appointed, though it needed more hooks for towels, toiletry bags, and coats. Loved the coffee maker … delicious brew!

Beautiful hotel. Great location. Restaurant on street level. Close to many tourist attractions.

Very unique hotel and very beautiful. It does say it comes with a bottle of wine, but we never got ours. We also got free box water, which was pretty cool. When we got to our room and opened the sink water to wash our hands, the water was orange, like rust, as if no one had opened the sink water, but after letting it run, clean water came out.

Great stay close to Union Square. Super accessible, room service is great. Complimentary upgrade was such a nice treat and loved the stay. Will definitely come again.
