It was superb, Hotel was amazing just a beautiful as the pictures. Staff is very friendly, breakfast delicious and most of all the room was beautiful.
I highly recommend this hotel.

The GOOD: The Hotel is nice for relaxing very clean
THE BAD: there's no clean/room service, swing pool is dirty cannot be used lots of dirt, leafs etc....
We ask for a near swimming park etc, we were recommended los volcanes god dame idk how to describe it, but i wanted to cut my veins off....
THE UGLY: town is very quiet at night the plaza lighting is from the 50's imagine, is seriously depressing, no life like a ghost town....
Really nothing to see or do there....

The service was excellent, no complaints. But the level of the hotel has dropped (probably due to the contingency) because the restaurant is no longer there, the jacuzzi outside (which we enjoyed so much during our last stay) did not work, and the terminal to pay by card also did not work and they had to solve it again. another way. If it weren't for the kindness of the staff, the experience would be very bad. They need to raise the bar to what it was before if they want us to come back and recommend it.
