Lugar para organizar eventos pasable, lo malo es su pésima atención por parte del personal de gerencia. No saben ni utilizar la terminal para pagar con tarjeta, no tienen bellboy, por lo que le piden a la chica de limpieza que ayude con las maletas y la pobre señora no puede con todo. Una de la habitación de 2 que reservé (Salitre), fatal! Nos encontramos varios insectos muertos en la habitación, entre ellos una cucaracha grande, se nota que no hacen la limpieza en la habitación. Demasiado austero su concepto que no tiene ni para poner los champús en la ducha. No hay ventanas, por lo que lo hace encerrado y obscuro. Su iluminación es mala, sólo tiene 2 focos de luz fría que te dan directamente en la cara cuando enciendes la luz y estás acostado en la cama. No tienen vanity kit. Pedí una gorra para ducha y no cuentan con nada de eso. Para una cama King size ponen almohadas de cama matrimonial y sólo te ponen 2. Lo único bueno de este hotel son los meseros del restaurante y la comida. Cobran caro la noche, para el tipo, calidad y servicio que dan. No volvería a este hotel.

La habitación hermosa y limpia, el lugar increíble y super céntrico, nos encantó y vamos a regresar 💖 excelente atención de principio a fin de la experiencia, amamos la tina en la habitación, recomendaría una mesa y silla a un costado de esta, pero todo estaba perfecto 👌🏻
