This was our first time in Belize and the staff was very helpful with booking our flight from Belize city to Ambergis Caye and answering my many questions. They also helped us with booking our excursions. The pool, grounds and penthouse suite were lovely! They even helped us when we discovered at the airport that we forgot our Belizian chocolate in the refrigerator and had a taxi deliver the chocolate to us. Above and beyond!

We had a 2 bedroom. Great view of the ocean. It was awesome! No issues at all. Service was spot on the people are so nice and friendly. Clean!! Pool was great. Bar right there with great food and service. Can’t beat this place. We will definitely be back!

Everything was more than we could ask for. The staff, rooms, and location exceeded our expectations. Will definitely come back! Very attentive owners that bend over backwards to meet your needs and promptly fulfill any request. They can schedule trips, cabs, golf carts etc. leave the thinking up to them!

Tres Cocos will not disappoint! Very convenient location to downtown and secret beach. Bars and restaurant walk info distance. But the best is the owner and staff. They were always so helpful and provided great ideas. The rooms were spacious and had all the amenities. We will be back!

We loved our time here! The resort is so pretty and the grounds are beautifully kept. It's close to town so super convenient but also far enough out that you feel peaceful on the beach and by the pool (also both kept up beautifully). James, Brian, and the entire staff take such good care of everyone. The Doghouse restaurant on site is so convenient and has great food and drinks! The rooms are super clean and housekeeping is available as frequently as you like. We loved the vibe and hope to come back!

James and his staff are wonderful, helped us set up flights to the island, cab to resort and golf cart rental. Accommodations were great and the location is just a couple minutes golf cart ride from downtown. Will definitely stay at Tres Cocos next time we visit Belize.

The staff here are great, and they keep the place very clean. The beach out front is raked every day! Pool area is nice. There is a pub/restaurant on site for simple food - burgers and pizzas. They do make a few cocktails that they will deliver to you poolside. Do not expect to swim at the beach here, the water is cloudy and full of seagrass, which is to be said for most of the resorts on Ambergris Caye, with the exception of Tranquility Bay - way up north. Your best bet for swimming is to go to secret beach or on a snorkel cruise where they will stop at a swim spot with clear water. This is a great place to stay for the location - get a golf cart and rip into town or take it to secret beach and explore! We took ours all the way to Tranquility Bay, took about an hour in the rough roads but worth it!

Great resort right on the beach but close to great food and bars! Very quiet part of beach. Doghouse had great food and drinks. Nice pool to relax in as well. Housekeeping on request and staff was always very helpful to answer questions or bring items to the room.

Really great stay here. The office was very friendly and helpful. The room was really nice . It was very spacious, clean and had a great view of the water. Really appreciated the water jug. Also close to everything. The restaurant/bar next door had tasty breakfast and drinks. Would def recommend!
