The manager of the western restaurant has a poor service attitude and yelled at the guests because the breakfast was by the pool so I wore a swimsuit and a mesh dress The manager shouted dresscode at me from a distance and my friend helped me back to the room immediately I told the front desk that I respected the dress code of the restaurant but as a guest manager this rude behavior made me feel uncomfortable. Obviously it was an open-air dining environment, so I couldn't go in while standing at the door. All in all, it was a poor service experience The hotel facilities are general and the beach of the hotel is shared. If you don't have a car from the hotel, it will be very troublesome to go anywhere. It takes 10 minutes to take a taxi. There is no follow-up feedback after the behavior. This hotel is not in the city center. It takes about 40 minutes by car, but the hotel itself has no bright spots. It is not recommended for everyone to visit.

My recent stay at this so-called "5-star" hotel was nothing short of a nightmare. The service was shockingly horrendous, and they seemed to take great pleasure in overcharging for every single thing they could possibly think of. To add insult to injury, the hotel's location was utterly impractical, tucked away in the middle of nowhere and a painfully long hour away from town. Shockingly, no shuttle or service was provided to get to town, which left me with no choice but to spend an outrageous $500 on cab rides to and from the hotel. The absurdity of this situation is beyond words. The most baffling part, however, was that despite this astronomical price tag, the hotel offered absolutely nothing to do. It was a desert of entertainment, undoubtedly the dullest place I've ever had the misfortune of staying at. As if this wasn't bad enough, the hotel had zero options for children, accept babysitting, which is video games in a room. leaving them with nothing but boredom. In conclusion, I strongly advise against even considering staying at this place. It's a far cry from the luxurious oasis it pretends to be, and my experience was a resounding testament to that. Save yourself the disappointment, frustration, and unnecessary expenses. This place is an utter letdown and should be avoided at all costs.

My family had a great time at the Baglioni. The staffs are always friendly and helpful. Manager Marco, and staff members Federica and Alicia answered many of my questions and gave me good local tips. The resort is beautiful, easily located from Olbia airport, and well-kept. Parking is plentiful and resort restaurants are high class! I only have good things to say and I will certainly come here again.

The food is simple but delicious. Portions are small. They make excellent cocktails using locally made gin and syrups. The rooms are splendid. Get a room with a covered porch as they are quiet, clean and private. Some of the rooms have patios that are covered by oleanders bushes only. There are nice rooms but don’t provide much privacy from the walkways. The staff is courteous and prompt. We never had to wait more than a few minutes when requesting something to our room from the front desk. The private beach service was nice. They have a private bathroom and drinks. Drinks and food are expensive but the water is crystal clear and the views of Tavolara island are incredible. The sand is soft and everything is so clean. You must rent a car or stay at the resort without leaving. Ordering a taxi for a small drive will be €150+. There are other taxi services that you can find online that are cheaper though. The restaurant at the hotel is worth a visit but make sure to reserve in advance. Prepare for mosquitoes. You won’t have a problem most of the time but you should prepare if you eat after sunset at the hotel restaurant. I would definitely go back for the beach and the room.

A sprawling hillside resort with water views and within a short walk of the long and sandy Lu impostu beach. We stayed for 3 nights in mid September after the crush of summer visitors had eased. The first thing that struck me was the incredible sincere welcome and hospitality. Ricardo took amazing care getting us checked in and oriented to the key spots on the property before setting us up in the open air bar for some Prosecco. Our room, 420, exceeded my expectations; it was huge, and featured all the modern accoutrements from massive walk-in rain shower and double sinks in the bathroom to the spacious living room and separate bedroom with an extra firm king bed (maybe a bit TOO firm?) and nice pillows, bedside charging plugs (both USB-c and older USB) on each side all packaged in an airy white-washed interior with tasteful accents of color. We also had a large shady patio with comfortable loungers with a view to the sea (300+ yards away down the slope). Our room rate included the lavish breakfast buffet with lots of local specialties as well as international classics. Fresh cooked eggs and other items were all offered cooked to order from the cheery waiters. This place is very family friendly and I expect sometimes perhaps busy with kids given the two small kiddie pools adjacent to the big main pool as well as the kids club program. During our stay occupancy was light and the few families with small kids were no bother. Our off season rate was still over €600/night but I felt the high level of service, excellent new facilities, great breakfast and proximity to an excellent sandy beach were well worth the price. Only nit was WiFi was a bit slow. Highly recommended!

I'll start by saying that I don't bother writing reviews unless I have had a memorable experience and the Baglioni resort Sardinia certainly deserves one. I have had a pleasant stay, I am pretty sure the amazing weather helped. The beach to me is their greatest asset even if the resort is not exactly on the beach (a few mins walk is required). Even so, the sandy beach and the crsytal-clear shallow waters make it absolutely heavenly. The beach service deserves the praise: Paolo has welcomed us each day with a big smile on his face, he was very attentive and kind. This made us feel comfortable and safe. A shout out to Andrea (also from the beach service), his service contributed into making us feel well taken care of. I have really enjoyed my stay at the Baglioni resort. Food was excellent. Also worth mentioning Alessandra, our guest relation officer, she was very patient and helpful. If you are looking for a medium size peaceful resort with a beatiful beach, this is for you.

We stayed at Baglioni Sardinia for 5 nights in August and it was excellent. The rooms were spacious with a beautiful very large bathroom and separate closet area and an outdoor area with loungers (garden view room). Two suggestions - the air conditioning wasn't as strong as was necessary for the heat, but it wasn't unbearable (except when using a blow dryer to dry long hair!) and the bathroom could definitely use some towel hook and towel rings as there wasn't much space to hang hand towels, bath towels and robes. The service was for the most part excellent in each of the restaurants, the bar area and the beach. We had an issue the day that we left when we ordered eggs that never arrived (35 mins later, as we were walking out of the restaurant, they brought them over). Other than that, the restaurant service was extremely friendly and great. Service at the beach was also great, with Paulo and Antonello tending to guests needs to set up lounge chairs and umbrellas. The beach area is a sectioned off area solely for Baglioni guests, which we appreciated. Vendors can come through but if you just say no, they continue to move on. If you're in the front row, you will likely be bothered by all of the other beach dwellers walking by, so I would suggest a row or two further back for a more peaceful time at the beach. Special thanks to Alessandra, who was so kind and gracious and gave us some recommendations for things to do off the resort, and kindly gave us restaurant recommendations, booking us at a restaurant down the road (we had a vehicle so transportation wasn't an issue). There was also a very kind and friendly gentleman at the front desk, whose name we unfortunately have forgotten, but he was great (talked about football often with my husband) and Matilda was very kind and informative when we arrived, offering us an upgraded room. We loved our stay at this resort because it is secluded and small, so it was very tranquil and relaxing, which was what we were looking for. The restaurants are good, albeit a little overpriced (especially the drinks). However, things are generally expensive in Sardinia, so we accepted that we had to pay a little more at this beautiful resort. Car rentals are very expensive in Sardinia, but we liked the convenience of being able to go into San Teodoro for dinner (we booked restaurants in advance because San Teodoro was packed in the evenings, with long line ups for restaurants) and we could drive to other port areas (and get to and from the airport easily). We highly recommend this resort! We will be back.

Stayed in Baglioni Sardinia last year during September. The hotel was recently opened and despite of some beautiful grounds, it lacked some small details, one could expect from their price tag. Overall ok, but the room was not impressive and somewhat disconnected from the outside looks.
