Nice hotel, everything is very neat and clean. Friendly staff, you feel at home in no-time. Good is great, nice selection of wines. Rooms are nice, shower is great. Bed could have been better, a bit firm for my liking.

This was our 5th trip to the Maiensee. This is a wonderful family run hotel. Stephan and his team really sweat the details. The rooms and public areas are spotless. The same staff are there year in year out which means it's a well oiled machine. Location wise it couldn't be closer to the lift with a ski hire place 10m from the door. We'll be back next year.

We have had yet another perfect week at The Maiensee. The staff are very welcoming, rooms comfortable and it is the most wonderfully happy place to stay. Excellent service, food and location. I never want to ski anywhere but here again!

The Maiensee is the perfect hotel! The location is stunning. Staff are friendly and helpful - nothing is every too much for them. Food is delicious. The rooms are beautiful and so comfortable. Such a gorgeous place to stay....

We had an excellent stay: the room was ready early for us when we arrived, helping us to get out to ski straight away; we had a lovey welcome from Stefan as always; the food was excellent. The Maiensee is difficult to fault.

This was our 6th stay with The Maiensee in the last 3 years. Everything at the hotel is just perfect; the staff, the food, the rooms, the spa an not to mention the INCREDIBLE location yards from the St Christoph lift and a 30 second walk to The Hospiz Alm.

We had a lovely 7 day stay in Maiensee, the hotel is located right by the lift and it is extremely easy to access both lift and getting the gear from the ski rental. The ski room in the basement with elevator to the room made the start and end smooth. The food and service was very good, 4 course dinner every evening and a well equipped afternoon buffet. Breakfast had everything you needed and if something was missing the personnel acted very swiftly to assist. We stayed in the old part of the hotel, very clean and not “old” but the sound of the ventilation at night was a bit disturbing. We all hope to visit Maiensee again, a perfect spot to venture the St Anton and nearby alps!

We were blown away by the food offerings. It was very family friendly and a really lovely vibe to the hotel. Everybody was helpful and it was a perfect location. My only wish would be for the hotel to have a small shop of essential items as there isn’t one in the town.

Very helpful and patient staff providing plenty of information even before our confirmation. As it is our 1st time to the region we requested for plenty of information in regards to transportation in and out of region.
