Hotel Radetzky

The very few staff which are working there are very friendly and helpful and dobthe best they can to make the guest feel welcome. The room and the public areas are very clean . Check in and check out worked well. There is no bathing reserve for the hotel guests. The room was very small and did not have a balcony as in the description, the window was unhinged and jammed , there is not even one chair in the room to sit down The breakfast buffet is of very low quality with cheap as possible cheese smallgoods ,warm juices, lousy coffee , unripe fruit and portion control plastic jams of poor quality. For the prices charged its poor value for money .

I can not recommend this hotel/restaurant enough! My family and I had forgotten to make dinner reservations upon our arrival into another nearby St Gilgen hotel. Our own hotel was not able to accommodate us and we were told we would now not be able to find a place for dinner. My husband inquired at Restaurant Radetzky and the sweet hostess/chef Katrina Velrova brought our party of nine (!) into her beautifully designed restaurant. With sweet smiles, she and her daughter Valentina, along with one additional sweet girl from Spain, served us a delicious dinner and dessert. It was a wonderful evening and we left well-fed and more than happy that we'd found this little spot! I can not speak for the hotel rooms since we did not stay at this hotel but I would not be surprised if they were very well-cared because of the character of Katrina and her husband (whom I met the next day). I could not recommend Restaurant/Hotel Radetzky more!

The location of the restaurant is in the hotel. there is a terrace with several tables and there are also tables indoors. Everything is brand new and the food is so good!!!! The presentation of the dish is incredible! so beautiful.
