1.房間跟沒有打掃一樣，幾個茶杯上面滿滿的茶垢，衞生間裏面也沒有收拾。給人乾淨很不衞生。2.房間樓層比較矮，壓抑；窗户很小，看不到任何的風景，總會感覺透不過氣來
3.早餐很差很差，東西特別少，難以下嚥。
4.房間內連基本的洗漱用品和拖鞋都沒有，一定要自己去問去拿。
5.房間廁所內會傳出來設備的雜音，關閉了排風扇依舊，這種聲音在晚上會特別明顯。估計是某種設備的聲音，持續24小時。時間久了頭會很痛。
6.酒店晚上會很吵，不知道什麼亂七八糟的人，有女人喝醉了酒在走廊大叫，有按門鈴、有敲門聲，有大聲交談聲，在夜晚特別清晰，讓人無法入睡。
7.前台服務不好，總會找理由推脱，不會解決問題，估計是權限太小。
總結：酒店整體佈局不合理，估計侷限於場地，管理不到位，基本上沒有維護，房間不通風、壓抑。很難想象這是個2023新開業的酒店。聽説本來房間290多，5、1漲價100。

1. 酒店服務人員的專業性在哪？
早上10點預訂，客人首次電話確認。六點就要入住了。客人再次電話確認，才在下午4點告訴客人沒有房間了。
2. 酒店服務人員的態度在哪？
試圖溝通出解決方法，甩出説“不住你退房”“老闆日流水百萬不在乎這點錢，住的都是老闆朋友”。影響客人的行程，造成損失，入住還附贈客人體驗三門的社會氣息？
3.酒店服務人員的衞生意識在哪？
各退一步，協商完房型，現場確認發現房間內煙味嚴重。酒店是新開業的酒店，無新風設備，無空氣處理，且拒絕解決酒店異味問題（非個例，其他房間的客人也有反映房間異味）經理過程中回答“老闆希望保留房間原來的味道，所以味道不做處理” ？
總結：如果開酒店是為了老闆朋友的人情世故，真的沒人強迫放平台營業。

房間很大也很乾凈，但是早餐實在太拉胯，衹有稀飯、包子、煎餅和油條，在這樣一個小縣城竟然要262元的價格，有點過分了

房間你不去和阿姨或者前台説，是不會主動打掃的。
房間門口的請即打掃的燈亮了，阿姨也不會進來打掃的。以至於我總共住了6天，阿姨衹來打掃了2次……
前台沒有水，所以沒人來打掃的時候，水也沒得喝。
個人認為服務對不起298的價格，以上。
